Not a curry-lover's best choice!Coming from West London/Southall, finding excellence in Indian cuisine can be difficult. And so it was here.One of their specialities was a typical tandoori mixed grill smothered with a tomato and coconut sauce. Not so good. The Mixed grill was overcooked and the lamb was definitely ‘on the turn’.I found their pricing policy to be totally unique. Order papadums + 4-piece sauces and chutneys and they charge the 4-piece sauces per-person, even though only one set get laid on the table!! (Having pointed this logical problem out to the waiter, he reluctantly struck it from the bill).I wasn’t impressed. Most of the food was not eaten.

I have used masala many times service very good food very good But last night I ordered a chicken curry which I have had before it was terrible it was like the sauce was watered down with washing up waterSo never

Not enough staff, had to wave at anyone who would even glance at my general direction just go order a 2nd drink. Where are the rest of your staff? Also please if anyone leaves a tip I emplore you to try and find out who pockets it because I don't think it goes to the staff which says a lot about its owners.

The food here is extremely tasty and there is a large variety of vegetarian options on the menu. We tried some dishes we hadn't heard of before and we certainly were not disappointed! Were were really impressed with the food and it was good value for money. They were short-staffed though, so it took quite a while for us to order drinks and food, but once we had ordered we didn't have to wait long for our food. The staff were pleasant and apologetic.

Had a takeaway tonight and have to say it’s the best Indian we’ve had since we moved here 2 years ago and the delivery girl was polite and friendly. Will definitely use again!
We walked in but were greeted and given table after a short wait.But it took a while for them to take orders and then further delays to serve. Reason given was since we ordered Chapatis (6) the chef is taking time, but surely not an hour!

We had a fabulous night at this gem of a restaurant. The menu was well planned out and reasonably priced. A good choice of both meat & vegetarian dishes. Our food choice arrived hot, well presented and all our dishes were well flavoured and what we particularly liked was that you could taste the spices. Nothing was too overpowering. The ambiance was welcoming and cosy. Our waiter (Raz) was attentive and helpful with our menu choice. Very welcoming and a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely return. 5* place. Thankyou.
