Very slow service. Staff doesn’t bother about the customers waiting.

Waiting time over 15minutes even when there’s no one else there, order often messed up, things missing from orders, often get the wrong persons order, staff can be rude , stand around talking to each other and ignore customers. They can be heard moaning about customers.It’s always clean and tidy.

Staff members/managers are slack (not all).I ordereda big mac with no pickles. On the box is stated no pickle but in the burger was pickle. The cheeseburgers had no onions. 1 staff member running from one window to another! I'm sure mcdonalds can afford another staff member regardless of how many customers coming in. When going in drive thru they don't give you any napkins, I've complained about this before! I'm not a animal.Different branch same owner but norwich airport and cromer are night and day difference the service is great at airport and I've never had a mistake after growing up in Norwich 22 years but since cromers been open the past 2/3 years I've had numerous messages ups.Message for ceo of mcdonalds..Have you ever finished a milkshake with those stupid cardboard straws? Ridiculous

I ordered a no pickles mustard and onion double cheeseburger and I got my burger but it has pickles mustard and onions in it and it even looks not good properly and the other day I asked for the same thing but got 9 chicken

It's a McDonald's. Not a particularly good one. Order was brought out wrong. Only half a cup of Toffee latte. About the usual bad standard for mcdonalds these days.

Kid-friendliness: Welcomed children with the “McDonald I pad” things. And some sort of arranged seating that the children loved. Amazing design.

As usual the food always tastes undercooked or overcooked. The place literally looks like Earlham with the rubbish everywhere. Get rid of the cooks and actually get decent ones and hire actual cleaners.

Wait along time to be served after placing order. Food turned up cold and food order was incorrect. Return food which was sorted quickly. Coffee was cold and half a cup. When I complained I was told that's what's happens to latte coffee's. I belive the coffee is prepared fist and then sits whilst food is prepared when means the coffee gets cold. No offer was made to change coffee until I returned to the counter the secound time of complaint. Staff were more interested in serving and chatting to their frends... no good at all.Dietary restrictions: I asked for no mayonnaise and when my food arrived .. Guess what...!

Quick stop off. Was quiet so didn't take long to wait for food to be served, which helped as food and drinks were hot.

Very hit and miss. More often than not there are no milkshakes available. The touch screen receipts are like gold dust so be sure to remember your order number if collecting food. And you might want to be prepared to clean your own table before you eat in store.Parking: You might get asked to move your car when the delivery lorry wants to leave. A poorly planned purpose built McDonalds ?‍♂️
