Pretty shocking today. Ordering system kept deleting things randomly, no cups for hot drinks, Mocha tasted like dishwater with foam on top. Staff were moody and unhelpful. Food was very disappointing. My wife's mushy peas looked like guacamole, chips were raw.Very disappointing from a usually reliable spot

Have not been for ages due to a altercation with a staff member who was so rude. Thought we try again. Nothing changed the floor and table was filthy with food no one had cleaned the tables. No staff member at the till ,people where waiting until i shouted for a staff member. Took them ages to serve the customers . Finally my turn and ordered and gave her a morrisons gift card. Here we go after three staff member and a team leader try to process the card no one knew how to do it. Team leader just walk off no care attitude ( oh she like that all the time) I ended walking out and had a better lunch at home. Never again. The place is the pits. Yes i saw you Troy walking round the café the other day. Not change has it . Use some of your labour hours and employ a cleaners to clean the place. No one has prided in their work anymore. We shop at lidi and wont be back

My wife and I had an early Christmas treat today…a starter,turkey roast and Christmas pudding. Martin,Lily and Kerry served up a fantastic meal…the portions were large,the service was quick and the food was delicious. Many thanks to you all…I also spoke with the store manager and passed on our appreciation of the staff in the cafe.

Absolutely disgusted. This used to be a lovely place to eat. Quality of food is still good but the service is terrible, having to use self serve points, how are elderly shoppers supposed to order food or drinks, it was bad for me who is fairly up with the times getting the order wrong but for those with no clue its awful! Problem is lack of humans to help, good ole Mr Morrison keeping his wages cost down by employing machines, maybe he would do better looking at how to employ more staff! Oh guess that would mean less profit for him though hey!

This café needs a hygiene check. 9.15am on a Saturday 21st October. Floor was filthy crumbs pieces of food etc lying there needing to be swept and probably the floor needed to be washed. Tables very half heartedly wiped still residue of food etc on them. One person seemed to be doing everything. The small breakfast was absolutely appalling, Cold half slice of bacon, cold sausage cold poached egg, lukewarm beans and cold half tomato with cold toast. my husband and I had 2 teas as well and the total bill was £12 a complete rip off. The café is unclean so what are the kitchens like. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Long wait. No clean forks. Came out after our meal was served. Used to come here a lot and today was a one off. But never again. The restaurant has gone right down. Need more staff to cope.

The tea wasn't good,the hot water was scummy although you can get a refill,I went to the café first before doing some shopping which is good especially for the savers range.

Came here as my dad chose it for Father’s Day lunch but what a shambles at 12:30 tables piled high from breakfast and no staff to be seen.We had to wait 20 minutes to pay as no one was on the till when we did pay the girl did not understand what we meant by decaf tea bags. Finally paid for our drinks and food which we then have to go and get our drinks from the machine to find there was no milk, no sugar, half the cutlery was missing and all tables had dirty cutlery on them. To add insult to injury the person serving us at the till was the person attempting to clear tables which meant no clean tables so we had to sit outside with the smokers.When the food did arrive half of it was cold as if it had been under the hot lamp for ages but to complain would have been flogging a dead horse as all shop staff and duty manager seemed concerned about a customer who got confused between the brake and accelerator pedal on their car and hit a trolley shelter at 3mph.This store and cafe used to be so good with standards so high people used to come from miles around so it is a shame to see it with standards this low, staff levels and food quality so low.One thing is for sure we had a charity ride organised later in the year with Morrisons cafe as our finish destination. We will now change this to the pier or another focal point in Cromer where standards haven’t dropped as low. We just need to inform local press and media of the change.Parking: Busy but free parking. Caution advised as cars do not give way to pedestrians at zebra crossings in the car park
We had lunch there on the 8th June, it was not very busy. I wanted a tuna jacket potato, no tuna, completely unbelievable in a supermarket, the lady in front wanted chicken, also unbelievable. I was offered cheese which I accepted as we did not want to waste time. The table had not been wiped when the last occupants left and it was sticky. I even saw others cleaning their table before they sat down! Not a very happy experience.

Sorry lovely staff and have a giggle however on the serious side it's filthy...dirty sticky tables, it needs a good deep clean..and if the service area is this bad you have to wonder about food prep...we asked about gluten free and was told it's too much trouble ..you can buy already packaged safe gluten free foods with longish shelf life.alao dairy free...Times moved on and Morrison's is stuck in the 60s with a boring unimaginative menu and a lacklustre service area..

This cafe needs a complete overhaul, trays chipped are always wet coffee machines are always breaking down tables not cleared or cleaned regularly customers waiting to order because the staff are busy cooking This is not staff’s fault, it needs whoever is responsible for overseeing the cafe needs to go to retrained it is so messy and in unhygienic I suggest the store manager takes a look, I only have a coffee I would never eat there if it was free, the whole store is going downhill.

Just terrible food. The pie was awful the chips and peas were cold. We said we would never eat there again. This time we mean it. No chefs just microwave technicians.
