We walked past this cafe/bistro today whilst on a visit to Cromer and noticed it seemed to be a busy place so decided to give it a try. My husband always enjoy his Coffee/Mocha and said this was the best Mocha ever -so much so he ordered another! Also enjoyed some food too. Recommend a visit.

Afternoon Tea We went here for Christmas Afternoon Tea. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. I asked for a slice lemon with my tea. They didn’t have any but they went out to buy a lemon. I had ordered a vegetarian sandwiches but they had a slight mix up but soon sorted my sandwich’s from meat to vegetarian. The afternoon tea was delicious, especially the cheese cake. Would certainly recommend this little Bistro.

Lovely little place. Warm and friendly, nice and clean. Quick service. Lavazza coffee served very decent. I have traditional sausage roll. See photo. Partner had sticky date slice. Both very tasty. Place to pop in for decent coffee and snacks if you are in Cromer.

Polite staff despite the brunch rush. Porridge with fruit was good and a very good size portion, fair price. Cakes etc all looked delicious and fresh.

The service was good and staff very friendly. The honey carrot and thyme soup was beautiful. Will definitely return.

Had the avocado toast with a poached egg, my wife had bacon and eggs. Both well presented and tasted spot on. Good coffee too, and the staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Took away some sausage rolls for later and the were excellent.

Superb service, amazing selection of food including great vegan, fish and meat options. They also do take out frozen fish and cottage pies which we used for a dinner party.Large selection of cakes and desserts. Decent prices. Wonderful team that have also opened the West Deli around the corner.

Delightful cafe in this seaside town in North Norfolk. It serves very good coffee and a magnificent selection of sweet and savoury baked goods (cheese and marmite sausage rolls were having a guest appearance when we visited). But for those with more conservative tastes, normal, large, homemade sausage rolls are available, together with cakes and scones. We had crab sandwiches, which came with a salad garnish and were tasty and filling.Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nice to find somewhere welcoming for dogs. Ordered jacket potato and tuna and a crab baguette (as well as two sausages for the dog). Crab was enjoyed as well as the sausages however the baked potato tasted as if it had been zapped in the microwave. Sausage rolls etc looked really nice.

Nice venue and dog friendly. Great coffee. Ordered bacon and scrambled egg plus egg and mushrooms on sourdough. Sadly the bacon was so burnt and crispy I had to tell the staff it was inedible. To give credit they brought me two more bits of bacon but rather than redoing the breakfast the bacon was brought separately and by that time the egg was cold. Why send out food that is obviously burnt - have pride chef. I will give them the benefit and go back as the venue is nice.

A lovely bakery/cafe. We popped in at 10.30 to enquire about crab salad for lunch as we were disappointed that they’d run out earlier in the week. A pleasant lady booked us in for 13.15 and assured us a crab salad would be available. At 13.15 we turned up, table was booked and we were served with a fantastic meal, fresh salad, lovely hot new potatoes, coleslaw and dressed crab. A large plateful. We’ve been before and will be back again, please don’t change you’ve got it spot on.

Visited while in Cromer as wanted to try the locally caught crab. Was a very friendly clean bistro, with air conditioning, certainly needed and appreciated in the hot September weather. We had 3 dishes, 2 crab and one BLT ciabatta. All 3 were served quickly and well presented. Our specific requirements were adhered to and everything came as required. Very tasty light lunch, highly recommend. Also tried their cakes, lemon drizzle is superb as are the chocolate brownies. I opted for the scone with clotted cream and jam.. delicious. Overall a great lunch experience and one I would enjoy experiencing again the next time I'm in Cromer.

Turned up as walk ins. It was busy but no trouble for them. They offered a high chair as they saw we had a little’n - always nice for staff to be observant! Dog friendly too. The staff were pleasant. The service was quick. The crab baguette was delicious. They don’t have a children’s menu but do half sizes for the dishes. Half size cheese toastie was nice too - loads of cheese! Ice latte was good and the local beer was nice.3 meals and 2 drinks for £33. Quite happy with that!Decor was nice but the place, despite being quite full, lacked a bit of atmosphere. Not sure what it was about it. Anyway, we had a lovely time and if that’s the only non-positive thing I’ve got to say, they’re doing well. They had number of really nice looking pastries, but we were too full to go for any.

We stopped off for breakfast this morning for the first time, and you can be sure it won't be the last. The food was plentiful, well cooked ? and served in a timely manner. Great staff and a lovely setting. For us, there was nothing to moan about, just more to look forward to on our next visit. Well done to all at the Bistro.Vegetarian options: Noted several vegetarian options on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Several young children were in the Bistro and looked to be well catered for
