Had Christmas Dinner booked with options for starters, main, dessert decided over two months previous, there was no bread sauce which is forgivable ( but ruined it for me as i piled on horse raddish that I thought would be bread sauce with turkey )but one of our party was told he couldnt have turkey at all as it was all gone fgs. Stuffing ball was rock hard and my turkey was a mixture of dry or hard and one of my roast potatoes was too hard to eat . Starter was ok. Had cheese and biscuits to finish .....the Stilton was quite nice. £60 per person......think ill cook my own next year.

Lovely helpful staff. Young lad on the bar taking our order most impressed my elderly mother with his professionalism and manners. The surf and turf was lovely ?

All lovely. The bar staff need to listen a bit better on the drinks orders. We ended up with a extra drink and we said no ice in some and it was put in. 2x customers wanted the MEGAMIX but the company chose profits over customers requests. Dont have on menu if not going to

We've just moved to the area from London and thought we'd have some lunch. We were seated very quickly and ordered what we wanted to eat. The food was really good and tasty and the service was good. We really enjoyed eating here and will definitely be back!

Lovely friendly staff. Very lovely chef on carvery even though he must have said the same thing a thousand times already that day he was courteous and spoke to me like I was his first customer. Food was lovely.

Food could be warmer, meat was actually cold. Plates being cold didn't help. The beef was lean but over seasoned. Turkey lovely. Veg fresh and tasty, but luke warm at best. I'm aware that as a carvery it has to be a balance to keep hot and not stew the veg. But this temperature made the meal less enjoyable or appetising. Staff attentive and friendly. Parking great. Warm welcoming atmosphere. Drinks very overpriced

the carvery was absolutely fab - they've really upped their game. Proper home cooked food. Staff amazing as always - polite friendly and work their absolute butts off with a smile of their face!!

Pleasant greeting when our party of 6 arrived. Efficient bar staff with our drinks and food orders. The food was very good with the carvery given a 10 out of 10 and “the best carvery they ever had” comments - great selection of food and huge Yorkshire puds. We had a lovely experience and will be coming back.Vegetarian options: Slightly limited selection on dairy free desserts but did have vegan ice cream which was a bonus but you cannot expect restaurants to cater for every dietary issueParking: Space seem to be shared with AldiFinding a place was a bit tricky

Excellent that we could be squeezed in at the last minute during the busy Sunday lunch period. I'm not a big fan of a carvery, but this one is very good. We all enjoyed it and a great precursor to the Polar Express!Parking: Shares a car park with Aldi and nowhere near enough spaces

we (my husband and I) enjoyed our Christmas lunch. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I have mobility problems and walk with 2 sticks, Our drinks were carried to our table for us, and my meal was carried from the carvery deck for me, This is not a one-off, it happens whenever we visit Greenstone (usually 1 - 2 times a month)The food was very good, as usual.

Overall this pub was good. Had a mixed grill and the steak was cooked to perfection. What did let this place down was the cleanliness, this was quite poor. The seats looked very dirty like they had wet rings on them, some of them needed attention so as not to collapse and the tables had seen better days and were sticky. Lastly, the toilets looked as though They hadn't had a good clean for weeks. If the cleanliness had been good this would have gotten 5 ? it was seriously let down in this area.

Staff at the Dereham restaurant are brilliant, good to see the same team which must mean they are happy in their job!Shame no mash on the carvery (they ‘ran out’, but could have made more as plenty more people coming)But overall was a lovely meal with great staff and service!

We booked for a carvery, friendly staff explained how to order and showed us to our table. The gentleman serving the carvery was fabulous his customer service made it a very pleasant lunch out, he was offering to help people carry their dinner to their tables who were less able. A credit to your staff. The lunch was lovely and we will be returning. The resturant looked clean and tidy.

Good place to eat, turned up without a booking on a Friday night and they managed to seat a party of 8. There was a queue to order food, but the wait wasn't too long. The order online service shown on the menu no longer works. The staff were friendly. Would advise you to book in advance.
