Went in after they been closed for refit. Looks a little different. But having used greens for many years. Very disappointed that they offer certain offers to o2 customers on a Saturday to get the message saying ran out of breakfast rolls, to walk in and see the gentleman next to me get served one.I feel that as the offer has been seen on my phone. They could have stood by the offer. The young lady next to the lady serving me started talking about I should get there earlier if I want one next time. Very condescending in her manner of speaking. Glad the refit out the back of she store is lovely ( this is what they stood there talking about ) and more important than their loyal customers.

Perfect coffee! Staff are warm and hospitable. If you want the Gregg's experience then Dereham is the place to go.

A lovely place, we possibly went in after the lunch time rush as selection was a little lacking but the food was nice that we had. Reasonably priced and good access for a wide wheelchair.
I like Greggs in the main but today they fell short.I usually put my rubbish in the bin but they were already overflowing. Underneath our table was unacceptable too. It looked like it hadn't been swept for ages. I know some people are messy especially if children are involved but this was excessive. I have to wonder how often the tables are disinfected as this is important in these worrying times.It won't stop me using Greggs but I will be more choosey which branches.
