We've eaten breakfast here quite a few times over the years and we've had more orders that are wrong than right. There's always something missing, hash browns, cutlery for the pancakes, syrup for the pancakes. Like others have said, it's always the same regardless of how busy it is. There is always a wait no matter what you order, and it's never a short one. One time we were even sent to the last window to get our hot drinks and we were left there forgotten! We won't bother eating here anymore and wouldn't recommend it, if you do have to eat here, always check your food before leaving and be prepared for a wait and for something to be wrong.

Just made the mistake of ordering delivery from this Macdonald’s and for the umpteenth time items have been missed. Don’t order deliveries from this Macdonald’s as it is about 50:50 chance you will be missing something. The same goes for at the restaurant. We always have to check in the restaurant or for drive throughs. Food is fine and staff are pleasant enough but the regularity with which the orders are wrong and missing items would be impressive if that were a good thing. On the positive side at least I might loose some weight now that Macdonald’s Dereham has lost my custom.

Popped in for a breakfast. Unfortunately sausage meat baps were over cooked,:hash brown did seem greasy and not quite cooked enough.
