Wonderful afternoon tea. Taken for my 70th Birthday by my husband & daughter. Lovely food served on beautiful china & so much of it. The staff were lovely & the restaurant is lovely. Highly recommend.

The service was painful to say the least, no one knew what was going on. All our orders were wrong and came out at different times (45mins since sitting down) we had way too many drinks brought to the table. It was just a nightmare! Such a shame as the restaurant itself looks lovely and the food was nice (expensive but expected that) service completely let the place down

Manager refused table of 7 - claiming she had no availability as afternoon tea starts at 12.We arrived at 11:15am & plenty of tables were available. Terrible service would not recommend.

Rather nice place to stop for morning coffee, cheese scone and a chat, friendly attentive waitresses. Sandringham Estate, has several walking trails to explore.

The staff make this location, they are so very friendly and welcoming. We brought our parents for a first time visit, all required was tea and scones. .This was perfectly acceptable and we were seated at a lovely table .Staff were attentive. Food was tasty. The sponge cake my husband had was delicious .We were there for a couple of hours and My parents had a lovely relaxing time.

Very disappointed. We waited over 10 minutes just to order, even though the restaurant was less than half full. The quiche was soggy, unseasoned and only a third full of filling. The small glass of elderflower lemonade was unsweetened. Nobody came to check we were happy with the meal. Eventually someone cleared the table and said they would speak to someone about the uneaten quiche. Then they were quick to bring the bill, with the £11 quiche still included.Poor value all round, and £4.50 for parking too.

Visited Sandringham today after four years due to Corvid and long illness. Visited restaurant not very busy ordered two sandwiches and two coffees. Coffees were brought to us within five mins . Very nice but after 30 mins were still waiting for sandwiches. I asked why the delay and finally they were brought to us . I was really hungry so I started to eat my sandwich. The bread was far to thick and very chewy. I could only eat the filling . As I am still recovering from major surgery. I did not want to complain at table. But when we left to pay I mentioned the long wait and the poor quality of the bread the lady was quite abrupt and handed me a card for my complaint as she said they don’t take any notice of us . This was my birthday and she spoilt it . May I suggest you increase the prices and up the standard of the bread and the service . It was not busy but the staff seemed stressed not what I would expect from Sandringham .
