Very unhelpful staff, unconcerned and unwilling to address customer issues. The teacup was dirty too!

I've come here for lunch loads of times and every single time the food has been delicious and the service had been wonderful. There's just such a great vibe at Amandines! It really feels like a special treat to come here.

I have never had a bad meal here. Even though I no longer live in the area, I still make trips to visit. The courtyard is lovely, all year round.Good selection of vegan meals and beverages. The curried soups are my favourite...and the giant scones. If you cannot use stairs to access the toilet the staff can direct you to their ground floor toilet.Everyone is always polite. The side salads are great, and substantial.

We stopped here for lunch whilst staying in Diss for a couple of nights, it’s tucked away down a shopping courtyard and there is seating indoors and in a covered outdoor courtyard. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, even my meat eating husband loved it! For dessert we had bread and butter pudding and it was the best I’ve ever tasted, I am not normally a dessert/pudding fan but this was divine! Friendly waitresses too who were really engaged and proactive which seems rare these days! Wish we had somewhere like this near where we live!

I eat at this café every single week on a Saturday. I take all my family and friends that come to visit, there for lunch. The staff are wonderful and I've got to know them really well. Big shout out to Brian and Amelia for running such a well stocked and relaxing cafe. The food is amazing and they cater for me really well. I am coealic and try have a lot of choice for me and are really careful with handling my food. I love the rustic and bo ho look of the cafe, it's so interesting.
