Fantastic place to go and eat. . Great Steaks and plenty of choice on the menu. The staff are great and a good range of drinks to choose from. I highly recommend this pub as the best in Diss for food and service.

A large modern pub with a huge number of tables to accommodate both diners and dogs!!Lovely staff.simple but adequate pub food at reasonable prices. Only one real ale, but well kept.Clean toilets. Friendly staff.The building lacks character but serves its purpose very well, unlike the stuffy dog hating pub by the mere!

Fully recommended. Very helpful and genuinely friendly staff. The food was excellent at reasonable prices. We were a table of 4 and the service was prompt even though it was quite busy, AND mid week too. We will definitely be visiting

Came in for a family meal and it was lovely! Food was exceptional, service was fast and staff were friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!Parking: Plenty of parking on restaurant site.Kid-friendliness: Kids menus with Colouring activities. Play area outside. Nice variety of kids meals

Always recommend Thatchers!Dietary restrictions: Mention to staff when ordering and they can inform you further if needed, and will check with chef for alternatives if possible.

Faye was an excellent waitress. Attentive to our needs and always checking if our food was alright. I noticed she did this for all customers that afternoon, was always on her feet and when she wasn't serving customers she was wiping down tables. Excellent service.

I haven't been there in about 4 years because the last time I went, I vowed would be the last time. The food was cold despite being microwaved, there was still some plastic packaging in my meal and the staff had a 'yeah, well, it happens' attitude. Hopefully it's much much better than it was.
