So considering a cheeseburger is part of the 'Happy Meal' I don't think anything had made me so depressed in my life and I've been to war in Iraq!It literally looked like it had been under Apoos counter just like the weiner Home ate in the simpsons!After receiving therapy for this traumatic event I set about complaining! Mcdonalds complaint process is nearly impossible to carry out, to the point I gave up. I miserably ate my ugly burger as I was famished!!! Sort it out Ronald Mcdonald.

Drive through, food quick but coffee took 5 minutes after being asked to park at second window. Done via app so not particularly happy but maybe a one off.

Extremely rude "manager" waited ages for food that had been ordered via the app. Then apparently they didn't have one item we had ordered, which took 4 members of staff to discuss, then was offered a refund by aforementioned manager, who became very rude when I questioned why it took so long for them to work out they didn't have if, or indeed needed 4 people. To which she replied "do you want your refund?"

Hands down, the worst McDonalds I've been to.Service is always slow, either sitting in or ordering via app, have never waited less than 20 minutes. And this is regardless of how busy the place is - it can be empty and you still wait the same time!Orders are frequently missing items and is usually spotted by us when we get home, meaning we have to go back to collect it and by the time we're back, the rest of it is cold. We went through a spell where this happened 4 visits in a row.Milkshakes are always spilling out of the lids, dripping down the side and leaving a mess. And the chocolate one always tastes of chocolate.Parking: Parking is ok, so long as they havent blocked spaces off for deliveries. Can be awkward if this happens alongside the work vans that are parked up there...
Even using the app, you end up waiting for your order. Poor service really.

Don't stop keep going, cold food, your order not what you asked for, items missing. Had a good number of meals and all not right. So will not stop at this one again. Never have I had anything like this before.....
