I called into McDonald's in Downham this week as late home from work and thought would be a treat. I had used them twice previous when first opened and Food had been cold and missing. Its been about 8 months so I thought I would give it a go. I used the app to place my order and went in to wait. My number was called and a girl(looking totally miserable) brought my food over to the counter, no eye contact at all, she placed it down and walked away, I actually wasn't sure if mine....read full review

Wrong order prepared, took no notice of special option of no onion also ordered Big Tasty and got one with bacon....that was cold! This isn't the first time this has happened here, though I always hope and ?that things may have improved. Seems not.

Never had any issues here. Food always fresh and hot. Staff are mostly late teens / early twenties but do their very best to help you. 1 manager, I can’t remember her name, REFUSES to give you the correct food if they mess up your order / missing food / replace cold food when you complain - I’ve had no problems myself but I’ve witnessed this behaviour twice now!
