Had to return a cup as it had pink lipstick on it,the second cup was not completely clean,ordered a vegan sausage bap but they toasted it for too long and couldn't eat most of the bap and it was the last one

Asked for a frappe, and was told there was no ice? Chose something else and sat down, 2 minutes later it gets busy and someone else orders a frappe and suddenly they have ice!! Ridiculous!!Ordered a tea, but was given a dirty plate and no milk, my girlfriend ordered a latte and was given a spoon way too small to be usable, ordered separate food but was only given one plate.The whole restaurant had rubbish everywhere, tables not cleaned up and dirty seats. Really seemed like the staff do not care at all here!

Nice little Costa, service helpful and friendly. Cake selection lacking today and the sandwich choice was poor. Cafe clean and tidy as were the toilets. Good seating areas inside and out.
