Greenway Ln, FakenhamWell once again we returned here to have a meal. When we holiday in Fakenham this is our go to. Always worry if it has changed since last visit. Happy to say it is as great as always. You cannot beat the food which was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Staff always make you welcome. Sorry to say forgot to take photos today but we had the hunters chicken and gammon could not be improved, just delicious ?. Even managed a desert this time admittedly between us to share. The food is such good value plus you can even have more than 1 drink ??? as they don't fleece you on those prices either. Would definitely recommend you visit when in the area. We shall certainly be back. Thanks to all staff involved. ???

25 Bridge St, FakenhamThe food is great lamb doner was very nice. Garlic bread piza was absolutely delicious highly recommended this shop. Great friendly staff. Best ive had since ive moved up from kent and its been hard to find a decent kebab shop. Being spoilt from home made lamb Doners and chilli sauce. Chilli sauce was very nice from here to. Highly recommended

Holt Rd, Thursford, FakenhamFound this lovely place while we were away the food is amazing great flavours lovely fresh taste to it all. Staff were polite and friendly and there was plenty of room between the tables. When we are back this way we will definitely visit again.

Sculthorpe Aviator, 9 The St, Sculthorpe, FakenhamWent here today for Sunday lunch and was very impressed with the service & food. On our arrival was met by a polite young lady who offered us a great table. Good selection of drinks we wasn’t sure which draught to have but went with the recommended choice which was nice crisp & light. Food arrived from kitchen well presented and the meat was absolutely mouth watering. Very good portion size Unfortunately I couldn’t finish this but was great value for money. My compliments go to the chef. Highly recommend and would eat here again.

Hawthorn Way, FakenhamCame in for the first time since the new manager has taken over the the greeting was warm and welcoming, the food is so much better than it was before, it came out hot and quick , honestly I can’t wait to come back and will definitely recommend toni and John , you can have a laugh with both of them nothing is too much trouble for them . Wells Rd, Burnham Overy Town, King's LynnFantastic weekend stay in this beautiful house. Personally loved the “self service” feel as made it so much more relaxing than having staff buzzing around all the time & made it feel like home for the weekend. Honesty bar was well stocked with some great wine & spirits on offer. Jonny was a great host when we dined in the restaurant, food was delicious so throughly recommended. Everything was perfect - would give 6 stars if possible!

2A Miller's Walk, FakenhamLove this branch of Subway. All the staff are so nice here, really helpful. They make much nicer subs than others I have visited. They always serve with a smile and are accommodating if you want extra of any type of salad. Service tends to be reasonably quick here too. I was also told about the app and loyalty scheme which was great as I'm always scoffing a Subway, now I'll be able to get some free ones too ?

Drifters Fish & Chips
20 Oak St, FakenhamHaddock and chips twice, mushy peas and a bread roll. All superb. Restaurant looks to have been recently decorated since our previous visits and the colour scheme is very pleasing. Chairs extremely comfortable. My only criticism is that, (in my opinion the best fish and chips shop in Norfolk ) hasn't received any awards. Why not? Places in Cromer and Wells don't hold a candle to Drifters so why do they get all the recognition.
Will be making our usual 4-5 trips from mid Norfolk this year for our Saturday treats.

28 Norwich St, FakenhamWent here last night with my daughter for a meal. I'd not eaten at this restaurant since 2008. We were the only two eating in. But there were many takeaway orders going out. The service was great and the food was delicious. Beautifully cooked, generous portions. We even got cartons to take what we couldn't eat home.

And as a breastfeeding mum I certianly have the appetite.I enjoyed it all, it was crispy where it should be, tender where it should be, and the meat was well cooked without burning its skin, the fried bread is beautifully crunchy with a lovely taste, not the over cooked fatty nonsense you find in some places.I must say I'm massively impressed with the value for money, the quality of the food that you'd pay double to get less anywhere else! Thankyou very much for this wonderful breakfast experience ??❤️
