Hot food in a cold counter just doesn't make sense. They top up when there empty not before there getting low which means your waiting and when u have Susan infront taking her usual 10 sausage rolls it's not fair on anyone else.

Always a good choice and all at reasonable prices. You can even get a bacon roll if you go in before 11am. ?
legless !!!!!
For a company that prides itself on customer service, claiming to "treat everyone with fairness, consideration and respect" on their website, perhaps employees should inform every customer that there names are infact not gregg or atleast legally change them to it, as i look like a right pillock infront of the avid greggers calling 27 year old Jannet, Gregg and the pizza was under cooked pepperoni was hard and gave me a chipped tooth and a long trip to the bog.

For a company that prides itself on customer service, claiming to "treat everyone with fairness, consideration and respect" on their website, perhaps employees should be taught the basics of customer service. Suzie at the Greggs in Miller's walk clearly hasn't read the Greggs values, she's never smiling, never kind, never happy. Every morning for the past couple of weeks I've gone in to order breakfast and a cappuccino and, as of today, I won't be coming back. She lacks any respect - shaking her head and rolling her eyes alongside snarky curt comments, I'm disgusted. It's a shame seeing as the food itself is very nice. Well done Suzie, you've ruined yet another person's morning today.Update: Suzie had become very friendly and kind, perhaps age has made her realise there’s more to life than power-playing greggs customers. There has, however, been a new development. A young (well younger) man named Sue who has replaced Suzie. The chronicle continues. He is curt and just as rude as the older Suzie once was. Such a shame, if only the quality of his customer service matched the tastiness of the food.
Clean store, friendly and welcoming staff. Good selection of items.Even stocked loaves of bread ?

I asked for vegan sausage roll and black coffee, got back to my car and discovered I'd been given white coffee, why would a vegan want coffee with milk???? By the time I'd discovered what had happened the shop was closed. Coffee went down the drain.
plenty of nearby car parks.
