Myself and my husband decided to have lunch today, we ordered Burger and chips and Fish and chips. The food took 40 mins to arrive! The chips were overcooked and dry and the Burger was really dry and flavourless. The fish was actually really nice and well cooked. with my fish and chips came mushy peas but they were disgusting! Really awful like baby food and cold!! The staff were soo slow and looked like they didn't care at all. The waitress was so rude to her coworkers in front of paying customers. She was sighing all the time and saying godsake etc under her breath. Not a great experience at all unfortunately.

It was terrible ordered a hot chocolate went to the machine and was not working, so I opted for a cold drink and the lady said yeah that was fine but I said there was a price difference. In the end. She did go and get the manager who gave me a full refund of £2 and when my breakfast arrived. It looked okay until I realised there was a hair on it. When I said to the waitress about the hair. She just looked at me with discussed and removed the hair and put it on the floor and I said I’m not eating that I want a fresh breakfast the look she gave me was not very pleasant but she did take it away and bring me a new breakfast, but it did take 45 minutes to arrive and it wasn’t even busy people who ordered after us were served before us. I don’t think we’ll be going back there in a hurry.

I visited the Fakenham cafe for a breakfast while my wife shopped unfortunately she had completed her shop before my sausage bap had arrived 45 minutes for a sausage bap is far too long , the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Never seems to have enough staff on duty one lady seems to cook and serve all on her own. The coffee machines have been broken now for 2 weeks store is going down hill fast

There were 6 staff that I counted and as many customers but still took over half hour for our food to come. The servers were miserable and unhelpful. We asked for teaspoons that never arrived. We asked for ketchup and half the packets were blown so can only assume that they were off. The food came and was not very nice. I had avocado toast and poached eggs.... No seasoning and lack of presentation. Overall I'm never going back

The old lady on the till ignored my existence despite me standing right behind the previous customer with my card in my hand, went off removing trays to the kitchen, returns after 2mins without any greeting and simply asks are you paying by card? There's now 5 people behind me, I say yes I am, she asks could I use the self service, I say no I don't want to, she asks would you like me to show you how to use it? I reply with im the first person in this line and I'm a paying customer who prefers human interaction. She simply tuts at me and put my bacon roll takeaway order through and doesn't even say another word. I thanked that miserable old woman for her service lol as with everything in this store, I felt sorry for old woman who seemed run down by morrisons unrealistic targets of running a kitchen with 2 staff. But that sums up everything about this store, no care for the staff or customers just simply run by a terrible human who only cares about profits.

Good value for money food...just coyld be hotter eg. Breakfasts.Maybe serving on a heated plate would help.

I had an ultimate breakfast, because for £6.99 it's well worth it to make sure there's enough on the plate you enjoy. And as a breastfeeding mum I certianly have the appetite.I enjoyed it all, it was crispy where it should be, tender where it should be, and the meat was well cooked without burning its skin, the fried bread is beautifully crunchy with a lovely taste, not the over cooked fatty nonsense you find in some places.I must say I'm massively impressed with the value for money, the quality of the food that you'd pay double to get less anywhere else! Thankyou very much for this wonderful breakfast experience ??❤️

Ordered a full breakfast bacon rear sausages not cooked properly just full of grease hash brown really hard egg like rubber ment to be toast i think not whole breakfast unedable waited 30 mins for

Very cold, like walking into a fridge. Had to put my coat and gloves on. Went for a hot cup of coffee to warm upthat was like drinking cold milk. Not as good as the one in king's lynn, shall not be going back in there. Was going to do a weekly shop didn't bother.

I had gone for breakfast on the 23/08/22 the food must of been off or something the only thing I had ate all day and had been sick within 2hrs of eating it and had continued to be sick until early hours of next morning... witch means 2 days of of work ..... I will NOT eat at a morrisons again I would give it no ⭐️??

Had to walk out because the staff said 25 minutes to be served she said it to 4 people in front of me so I left I wouldn't even give it one star

Terrible service ordered on the app and asked a manager the day before if it was possible when I came to collect found the two woman staring at the screen saying we will let someone else deal with that and just ignored it until they noticed me waiting there i then continued to wait over 45 mins while a single person out of 3 made my order and also tried to run the till other customers were waiting over 20 mins to just pay for a pastry and a drink . Food was terrible sausages burnt bacon cold rolls a day old also i emailed morrisons to complain heard nothing back

My children love it here so asked to come for lunch during the half term. We ordered using the touch screen. Very quick and easy to use.. Good came out very quickly and was all correct and looked as it should. Looking forward to returning.
