Badly needed petrol and refreshments so immediately came here. Unleaded was slightly more costly but I needed it to get out of East Anglia back to London so just did what I needed toDrinks were nice and cold and also convienent location for the town and the A roads

Local, front of shop parking, jet wash, cash point, night window, open until midnight. Waitrose products, offers, reductions etc, rest rooms, friendly staff, good availability.

I regularly visit this shell due to it being on my way to work. The staff are some of the best employees I have seen! They are all very friendly,happy and helpful. The waitrose side is ok - I mean the food is slightly expensive but you get what you pay for. The breakfast rolls are good. The coffee is fine! All in all a great service station!

I do NOT call here anymore cos thay NO longer sell LPG. We used to stop & fill up everytime we passed on our way to the coast but will not be doing so anymore.
I was driving for hours in the middle of nowhere,in a lorry ,I was so thirsty,then I’ve seen this Shell garageIt was nearly midnight,but there was still customer in the shop ,I went inside and the yang girl from the till has make sure that she informed me that the shop is closeI’ve ask her if she’s kind just to give me a bottle of waterShe’s said that ,there are close and she can’tI want to thanks to her for her kindness and wish her to be in the same situation like me ,to be without water for hours and someone like her to be “kind” with her and take her out from the shop ,to see how I was fillingRegards from a HGV driver which he make sure you’re shops they have food on shelves

Cashier tonight very rude, no greeting, no please or thank you, gave me the pdq without asking if I was paying cash or card, needs to go on customer care course ?

This garage needs to control the litter that constantly comes across to my field with livestock present, if eaten it can kill.The worry of plastic gloves that finds there way to field by the hundreds could be carrying covid and I have to clean them up.The roadside it’s self is an absolute eye saw.

Oil price falls 20 % in a month, pound increases in value over same period. Yet these charlatans have put prices up to 138.9 They disgust me.
