Getting fed up with items being displayed at one price on the shelves then when getting to the till they are dearer. Also why are there 4 staff on the self service tills but only 1 manned till open

Kiosk and customer services doesn’t open till 8 where as the shop opens at 7am…. This is not advertised to which I can see anywhere. Still given 4stars as somebody let me purchase from kiosk before 8am with a card payment.

Only 2 tills open, queues were terrible, 6/7 staff on self service but no one wanted to use them bring back real check outs

Three different occasions staff have been incredibly rude on the self serve tills ,,,never have a problem with any other staff just the staff that work 8n there ,,,soo rude .

If you are going to have only one manned till, make sure the operator is competent. We had a lady that made Mrs Overall look efficient. Honestly this operator is one you avoid but unfortunately, she was the only one working the tills. I guess because you want customers to do your jobs for you on the self-serve. No thought for those who may not want to.This lady constantly makes mistakes which could maybe be forgiven if she didn't constantly throw your products at you. She says all the right things but attitude and actions are hardly what could be described as good customer service.Common mistakes, scanning the wrong barcodes so reduced items come up wrong price, not noticing price reductions, closing the till before putting your money in, let alone giving you your change. Maybe she has age-related issues (sight athritis, mental capacity) and would be better redeployed to an area that plays to her strengths or where she can take more time.Incidentally how difficult is it to match the right product to the right price? This is a task similar to activities one would give infant school children, yet adults working at Asda can't manage this. My other half works in retail and this would not be tolerated.Likewise, growing queues and not opening tills would not be acceptable, you don't wear slogans saying you're happy to help, you are supposed to actually help and not treat customers with disdain as if we are inconveniencing your social lives and little chats with each other. Other supermarkets don't do this. Ultimately we pay the wages, so quite simply, start earning them.

Nick's rude and nasty attitude made my shopping experience far from satisfactory.On 30th September I visited the ASDA store located at [ Great Yarmouth] with the intention of seeking assistance from a manager regarding an issue I was facing. Unfortunately, Nick's behavior towards me was not only discourteous but also completely unprofessional. From the moment I approached him, his tone was condescending, his words were disrespectful, and his overall demeanor left a lot to be desired.As a customer, I believe that it is essential for store managers to uphold a standard of professionalism and courtesy. However, Nick's conduct fell far below this expectation. Rather than providing appropriate support and guidance, he chose to belittle and dismiss me, leaving me feeling disrespected and marginalized.I have always had positive shopping experiences at ASDA

Placed a order to be delivered last night had a phone call to tell me they wouldn't be able to deliver it. Which I was unhappy about as I have health problems and needed some of the order ASAP. Was put in contact with a manager who kept interrupting me and in the end I lost my temper with her and swore once she then put the phone down. So I called back and apologised and excepted a delivery for early today this was confirmed by the person on the phone.Sat here waiting this morning and heard nothing from the store so I phoned the store only to be told thar after my call back and the promise of delivery this morning they had cancelled the whole order. You had better refund me straight away as far as I am concerned its a form of theft and breach of a contract made between your store and myself.Please think twice about using asda as this is the 3rd complaint in a few months.

Came to asda this evening, couldn't use my asda rewards app coupon kept cancelling lady wasn't very helpful at all said well nothing we can do you can use it another time will still be on there! ... could hear that it cancelled more than once yet didn't come over Straight away just stood wiping down the self services! Very unhelpful shop may take my services elsewhere for furture purchases
