Amazing food, flavour was 10/10 and service was quick. Also they are very polite and friendly on the phone. Highly recommend.

Missed and forgot the mail meal. Thankfully I ordered via WhatsApp so the proof was there. Didn’t care when I called, just a mono tone person on the phone. Refund requested for the rice and extras they did send and charged me for which are pointless without the mains. No reply to refund request yet. Won’t be using them again, avoid if you can**update, they refused to refund and said ‘sorry no refunds’ for food that was not delivered and was not used due to not being delivered**Just use any of the other local Chinese companies as they are much better than these lot.

Dry noodles, dry egg fried rice which lacked egg, lack in what should have been a tangy sauce. Poor portion sizes considering we spent over £40. 1 yes, 1 fortune cookie between 4 of us and no spring rolls as advertised online. To top that the guy in the takeaway snatched our cash rudely and abruptly. Trust the reviews. Would certainly not recommend and definitely would not return.

Ordered 3 dishes,, crispy chilli shredded beef, beef in black bean sauce, special fried rice...The crispy chilli beef.. was soggy shredded beef... the crispy was the enormous amount of onions and peppers in the dish.... I've never had chinease with so much onion... the meat content was very stingy.... way too many vegetable fillers mainly onions and peppers...Having said that ,, the flavours were quite nice....I will stick to the embassy chinease gorleston as it is easily the best value and beautifully cooked food!Each to their own.

Disgusting experience. Portions are very small. Soup was disguisting. Also they do not have anything with rice noddles. But the worst was green curry. First I thought that chicken was way to overcooked, bit it was the Powder which was not disolved, was very watery.

I wish this was my local chinese! Absolutely superb food. Collected as no microwave in our airbnb. Ordered M1 and was perfect and decent amount for two people.

Just spent £93 with the restaurant and when we unpacked we were missing a main meal. I messaged using their WhatsApp services and explained the situation. The customer service was very poor and very aggressive!!! I was trying ascertain whether the order was misunderstood and if we received what we paid for. I was being very diplomatic in my messages but at all messages received from the restaurant were aggressive and argumentative! Certainly wouldn’t recommend the takeaway based on the customer services received. What food we received was good and you received a lot for what we ordered. If there are any errors good luck trying to rectify it.
