Fairly busy for Sunday afternoon, carvery ran out beef and no ribs. Carvery finished at 5pm. I had sirloin partner had smothered chicken. Both hot tasty and well cooked. Horseradish as well. Chocolate torte and cheesecake to follow. Beware plenty of kids here, so not a place for a quiet Sunday afternoon dinner. Wednesday morning, we had the unlimited breakfast. Have to say probably one of the best I've had on my travels.

Steak was well done instead of medium. They forgot about me after i asked for a new steak. By the time I got a new steak, I'd finished my meal. The front line staff were very polite. If not for the steak issue would have been 5 star.

Was told there was no tables for 45 minutes yet went outside and booked online for a table within 15 minutes. Carvery was very nice with plenty of choice. Menu has plenty to choose from. Had run out of several deserts but would happily swap the ice cream that came with the brownie for custard.Parking: Small car par hard to find spaces when busy

Very disappointed this visit used to love coming here but slowly going downhill. Arrived at 12.00 food arrived at 1.00. We ordered fish and chips and a burger, after a long wait the food arrived, the fish was all batter not much fish inside and the batter was very hard and crispy. The burger had no taste and outside of burger was hard. I usually have good reviews but very disappointed.

The food here is ok -but attended a few times for breakfast, which is a buffet all you can eat !!! And found it’s not easy to eat one standard breakfast meal due to the lack of replenishing … our last visit, it was not even half full but there was no eggs or hardly any beans available and people were waiting … they bought out a small plate with about 4 eggs and then the queue had to continue waiting , we eventually managed to get a breakfast with a tiny spoonful of beans …… it was impossible to get anymore as there was no bacon or eggs again and people were still waiting for beans when we left ….. the queue was long and people were being turned away as there were no cleared tables - wouldn’t recommend

Went there for a Family breakfast at the end of a holiday. Disability access was very good. There was a good selection of breakfast items and the staff on hand were very helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience and a nice venue.Parking: On site parking. Well in access of 100 places.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Excellent

Called in for a meal after a day in Gt Yarmouth without booking a table a lovely young lady soon found us a table and explained how to order in a very friendly manner the place was very busy so we soon ordered the meals came reasonably quickly and where very enjoyable will not hesitate to return

Rump steak was overcooked and not medium as requested. When pointed out there was no serious apology, just ' Sorry about that!' Chips were soggy& inedible. Mocktail drink (lime & soda) on menu was not available. I went into the disabled toilet to throw up. It was disgusting; the WC was full and the flush didn't work. I will never visit there again

The bar staff just disappears while you're ordering without any explanation! 6 drinks took 1/2 hour to serve, I kid you not. Worst bar service ever. The food was pretty average, but the table service was very good. Get better bar staff, Brewer's Fayre! Awful bar staff. I cannot stress this enough. Seriously, you can do better

Brewers Fayre at Great Yarmouth excellent food as always, the service on this occasion was slow but it was a bank holiday , an offer of 33% off all main meals was on so it was a near full house.I would definitely visit again, all staff are friendly.Kid-friendliness: Kids are well catered for, are meal sizes are good, not sure if the carvery is a good idea for kids.Parking: Plenty of spaces for both resturant and hotel.Wheelchair accessibility: Good wide door ways for wheelchairs ample room between tables.Dietary restrictions: Staff ask about allergies, dietary requirements and cater for all

Visited about 2pm - rather a ‘down time’ for restaurants but was most impressed with the attentive manner in which we were received right through with prompt service and delivery of our 3 course meal order Food prepared and served in a fresh and appetising manner. Our needs and opinions on what was provided was sort throughout. Well done the whole team - Lorraine, Amy, Demi, Henie, Kim, and Kieran. Much appreciated- Will certainly return and hopefully experience such a satisfying and attentive service again.

Came here for lunch before our holiday, we had booked up online. Was my daughters birthday and asked if they can bring a birthday cake out with a couple of candles on after we've eaten the two ladies came out with the cake and sang happy birthday to her , the food was hot and lovely, not to long to wait they went above and beyond. Thanks to Lorraine, Luke, Amy, Henry, Kim and Marie, excellent service.

Been staying next door at the Premiere Inn for the past two weeks (beginning to feel like Alan Partridge) and have eaten here most nights. The food is very reasonably priced and quite edible. The staff are always pleasant and friendly despite the pressure they are under. Some nights it gets extremely busy here between 7 and 8pm. However, even when it is less busy service is very slow. When it gets busy you can be waiting for up to an hour for your food. When it's less busy you are still waiting at least 30 minutes. Not sure if they need more staff in the kitchen or if it is just bad organisation ? I really should knock a star (or 2) from the rating due to the slow service, but this has been offset by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
