Had a carvery with the extended family. Food was mostly good. Veg selection was better than some carverys although some of the the roast spuds were burnt AND soggy. The roasted parsnips were done nicely although one of brother in laws was undercooked. Read practically raw. Generally ok. Don't know about the cost so much as the patriarch paid. Although when I have been in the past it has been reasonably priced. Don't avoid, just don't rush here or expect too much if you do go.

50th anniversary party. The staff were really helpful and very organised leading up to the event. On the day everything was ready and the staff were attentive, friendly and again helpful. The room was beautiful with plenty of room for comfy seating and relaxing before food; tables looking lovely for the great food & a dance floor.

5 stars I photographed a wedding at this stunning venue and look forward to photographing many more in the future. My sister also had her wedding reception here so the place is very sentimental to me. Perfect wedding venue!
