First time at Chicos and I can honestly say the meal I had was absolutely perfect, I had fillet steak and hubby had fillet of beef stroganoff,, the beef just fell apart, staff were very welcoming, very clean restaurant, Definitely will be booking again, thank you Chico, Maxine and all the lovely staff for making our night so perfect, see you soon xx

Food was basic but cooked perfectly and was tasty, restaurant itself felt like tables are too close together. Staff were friendly but I felt a bit rushed by them, as soon as mains were finished we were given the dessert menu. Overall food was good but expensive for what you get, and for the price I’ve had better, so wouldn’t be my first choice to go to again.

We went to Chicos for an impromptu meal out. 3 of us shared the Hot and Kicking sharing seafood platter. It was amazing!!! Definitely recommend it. Maxine and Chico are fantastic hosts x

As always, the food was amazing! I had my usual halloumi fries with sweet chilli sauce (delicious!!), then I decided to try something new for me. I normally always go for fillet steak (because they cook it to perfection) or the lobster thermidor (perfection on a plate) but I thought I’d give the lamb kleftiko a try. Wow! The meat was tender, cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! I had it with chips as I didn’t fancy the rice this time (I think the weather had something to do with me wanting “comfort food”). The accompanying Greek salad was lovely too. I wasn’t sure I’d have room for dessert but when I saw Tiramisu cake as an option, it had to be done! Again, I wasn’t disappointed, it was light and airy in the sponge sections with the perfect t amount of coffee flavour. Best birthday meal!! I haven’t even mentioned the staff yet! They’re so warm, welcoming be friendly and can’t do enough for you. The atmosphere is warm and family friendly. There was a family with small children next to us and they appeared to be thoroughly enjoying themselves. Even the children’s desserts looked fabulous! I’ve never seen Jelly and ice cream look posh before!

We visit here quite often and must say they never disappoint! Food is always fantastic with a large menu to choose from and the staff are always extremely friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble.
