Christopher and his team never fail to provide a warm welcome, with great service and delicious food that's always freshly cooked. The cakes are always very popular?Wheelchair accessibility: There is disabled access via the penny arcade, also plenty of tables outside.

Visited during October school holidays for a drink and cake whilst holidaying in the area. There was lots of choice with seating inside and out. Cakes were delicious.

Dogs are welcome in their outside seating area. They have heaters for your use all along the walls. They have doggie specials, sausage and gravy or pooch ice-cream.Their food is excellent and priced very well. Large quantities. The staff are super friendly and inviting.

I love this place. The staff are so nice. It is loved and cared for. In the summer the plants outside are beautiful, it's a lovely place to eat outside or in.The selection of cakes is fantastic, even better is that they're huge ?. I must have tried most of them ?.We love having lunch here, never had an unsatisfactory meal. Always nice quality and well presented. Our favourite place for lunch.

We stopped here for lunch for the first time today- was really impressed! The staff were all really friendly and the food we ordered was all delicious!Lovely to sit outside under the parasol- great atmosphere. It's dog friendly too which was handy for us. They also had a dog section on the menu- ice cream or sausage and gravy made just for your dogs! We didn't order but I always think it goes above and beyond when you include dogs in a business too :)They also had a few kids rides and an e-claw game to keep the kids entertained.Would come again for lunch! :)Vegetarian options: They had a section on their menu for veggie optionsParking: Plenty of paid parking around- on street or in car parksWheelchair accessibility: We sat outside and there was plenty of room for a mobility scooter

Stopped by for some tea and cake which both were delicious. Staff were lovely to talk to and got to see a dozen Sparrows up close which was great. Will be popping back soon to try out their hot food.

If you have never been here, then it's an absolute must. The only problem is you will keep going back and spending all your money...

This has been our go to coffee shop in Great Yarmouth for years - the meals are normally excellent. Today was not a good experience. It has been recently renamed Christopher’s and from what I can tell the owners and menu remain unchanged. You still cannot order from your table and you queue up for about 20 minutes to order. It would be so much better if it was table service. We ordered hot food, it was busy and was told it would take 30 minutes (it was served within 15 minutes). That’s where the positives end. My brie and bacon baguette felt as if it had been microwaved - the bread was not crispy like a normal baguette - it was really soft and floppy. The jacket potatoes appeared to be microwaved, they were hard in spots and not very warm. We paid £1.50 for beans and the portion was tiny and the potato was very dry.The kids meals at £5.99 included a drink and was good value. The cakes looked good and there was a lot of variety. If we ever return it is only likely to be for a hot drink and a cake.

Don’t often review, but the staff were so lovely and helpful thought it deserved one. My daughter is coeliac so headed here after seeing lots of recommendations on a GF FB group. She’s 8, and it’s very rare that you see GF children’s options. There were probably 4 that she could chose from on the children’s menu which was brilliant. All 6 of us that went were very pleased with our lunches, and bought cake to take away (amazing selection!), plus a GF piece for my daughter. Very polite and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. And nice surroundings too. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Great Yarmouth.

Lots of gluten free options and good food. Sitting outside is nice if you don’t mind the rather tame sparrows They particularly like the peas.

We arrived when the restaurant wasn’t that busy and ordered gluten free scones. These were small and has to be defrosted. They were dry and didn’t taste of anything. I got asked three times whether I wanted to visit their ‘cocktail shack’ on the side of the building which looked like it was decorated by a 16 year olds. No one bought anything from the shack the whole time we were there a so I wasn’t going to. When we were trying to eat outside an old man attending the dying flowers surrounding the outside area kept brushing brushing past us as he walked by. We only wanted to be left alone. Overall it was a poor experience
