Absolutely awful place , manager very rude & aggressive. Inside was disgusting, very dirty plus staff were unpresentable. We bought drinks but didn’t drink them as it put us of them, should have refused them & got our money back..

Visited here three days ago with my family, a total of seven and we sat outside and drank our drinks. It didn’t take long to be served and wasn’t overly busy. I had a iced coffee with cream and caramel sauce which was amazing. You can’t go wrong with a Costa coffee.

A not very busy post-lunchtime visit was unbelievably bad. Sandwich ok - well they were M&S ones. However order of cheese & ham toastie and iced coffee was a masterclass in disorganisation and a complete lack of focus on the customer. Toastie heated ok, but then left on the side waiting for the iced coffee. We waited 5 mins after it had been heated before we complained and were given the toastie with our receipt. Toastie now luke warm and going soggy - not nice. 20 mins later still waiting for the coffee. Went to ask and was told that as we’d taken the till receipt (our till receipt…) the place in the queue for our drink disappeared so they didn’t know it had to be made. The 3 staff members behind the counter seemed to be doing the same jobs at the same time - no concept of streamlined or managed division of labour.

all the staff seem happy every time we go in. we always order 2 medium lattes and 3 medium hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows and the service is absolutely fantastic. would recommend this Costa place to everyone. The atmosphere there is absolutely great.

This Costa was a breath of fresh air and came as a massive relief! Having had coffee from surrounding shops previously to try and support ‘local’ trade, I was left underwhelmed to say the least.\\nCosta’s guaranteed consistent approach to coffee gave me my caffeine hit and tasted great at the same time. The chap that served me was very upbeat and friendly.

There is an older gentleman who is constantly in here standing openly at the staff serving area and chatting to staff. Please can staff be trained to tell him to move along! He gets free drinks in takeaway cups and quite frankly gets in the way. I know it’s not easy but staff really need to tell him to either buy a drink and sit down or to move on! Unbelievable

Love dropping in for a quick after-work treat on a Tuesday. Staff are all friendly, welcoming and will happily adapt orders as needed, and their encouragement of customers to adhere to social distancing measures is reassuring, whilst their dedication to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of seating areas between customers is always of the highest standards.
