We came here as it was the first fish and chip restaurant we found. Was the perfect choice! Lovely atmosphere inside, the staff were fast to seat us. Fish and chips were hot and fresh, chips were definitely a highlight! :)

Fish was cooked fresh as were the chips. Very generous portions. Servicers were polite and helpful. Would recommend.

I really wished we lived closer because we want to go back! We had lunch there today. Quite simply the best chippy meal we've had in god knows how long. And dog friendly too! Brilliant. The staff were great. Really friendly and helpful. The food was incredible. We're both vegetarians so there's usual not much for us in a chip shop, but this place is different.I had the mushroom and halloumi stack, and some curry sauce for my chips. Delicious. The only issue I had with the whole meal is that mine was served on a wooden tray thing, with the chips in a wee basket. I hate that nonsense. Just give me a plate for Christ's sake!My wife had the battered halloumi and chips. They were incredible. The lightest, crispiest battery I've ever tasted. She also ordered the onion rings. These were beautiful. Thinly cut, light, tasty batter, and big old onion rings. And plenty of them. Do not leave this place without trying themVegetarian options: The veggie selection is small, but the food is incredible. It's fresh, tasty, cooked well, and served promptly.

A bit of a joke, chips were alright. Waited fifteen minutes for warmish savaloy and chips without being informed of a delay and to top it off they sold me a bottle of vinegar that was two months out of date... instead of apologising, refunding or replacing I was told , 'Its a best before end of date' quote from staff member 'I could use it for ten years and there would be no problem'. How rude!

Had a very good experience sitting in with 6 of us although was a tad expensive it was amazing starters drinks and mains…. Was fairly quiet and waitresses etc were very friendly and food was cooked to order and batter on fish was crispy and couldn’t ask for more than that. Chips were very tasty and cooked perfectly crispy on outside and fluffy in the middle

Stopped just to ask if they were still serving ( we're not local so were unsure of closing times) they said yes but only takeaway which was fine by us aftera long drive. Ordered 3 fish, chips and a portion of onion rings. The grease was pouring out of the boxes, thank goodness it was in a plastic bag, therefore the fish was soggy and everything was flavourless. Wish they'd just said they weren't serving. Really disappointed ?

When he with friends and got a chicken kebab! Would imagine they mostly do fish being a seaside town, but their kebab was AMAZING! Service likewise great, very attentive friendly waiters! Would definitely go back!

Thank you to Little Monika, she is one of the best waitress who could baby sit guests. The food was great too we had a skate.

Overall experience was good. The fish was kinda bland. The chips was nice and the mushy peas was runny. But overall was okay, but for the price I definitely thought it could have been a lot more flavourful! But I would probably try it again if we was in the area. It wasn't awful but didn't tickle the taste buds.

Generally ok food, well presented but nothing special.drinks a bit slow to arrive to the table. Cocktails generally ok. Calimari was good, Sad to see the restaurant using several different types of plastic straws for drinks. These were banned over a year ago but evident on most tables. Was disappointed seeing this especially with the issue of plastic waste in the sea which is just a few yards away.
