Came to order our family meal for the night with my kids, unfortunately, the kids got freaked out by the owner, Dave. They said they seen him being stung live on Facebook by an online Child Protection Team. ? Turns out he was GUILTY of noncing kids? Unbelievable. What away to ruin your own life as well.

I was spending the night in my truck next door the the fryers delight so I called in to get some food ( I was staying there 2 weeks ago and the guy behind the counter was very helpful showed me where the toilets and showers were and also gave me the code for gate )so called in on the 14th September different server I ordered 2 pies and a bag of chips (£8.90 paid by card ) said it would be a few mins so I went out for a smoke after returning he said we have no rolls so I said I didn't order one he gave me (£3.00) cash back then he started going on about somthing and charged me (£5.90) I thought he had cancelled the (£8.90) wasn't til I had it come up on Internet banking I realised by that time the shop was shut and had to leave at 5am .... so here's my review food is 5 star but the service was terrible and he was obviously pulling a fast one be (VERY CAREFUL IF PAYING WITH CARD)

Fryers Delight.This fish a chip shop, to me, is one of the best fish and chip shops in the area. The fish is cooked beautifully. The politeness and customer satisfaction of staff is something to make the owners proud. I ordered at very busy time and a small mistake was made (due to how busy and popular they are), this was rectified without quibble and done speedily. Customer interaction is something that I feel is important and the team that work here have that down to a T. 5 star customer service.

really small portion i ordered large cod an chips the cod was just so small like half of a fillet an chip small an greasy not going back here
I was impressed with the amount of stuff on the menu, the staff were helpful and friendly. My cod was very nice. Everything was just a little soggy and greasy.

Great fish beautifully fresh and white flakes. The batter was just right soft but with a crisp texture absolutely delicious highly recommend this place I will definitely be changing to this shop in future the chips were lovely too nice and brown and fairly chunky The best chips around. Large portions too couldn't eat all the chips.
