Awful. Chicken balls rock hard inside and soggy outside, chewy cold chow mein, the whole meal was just terrible. Phoned to complain with no sympathy or offer to change or refund. Just hoping we aren’t sick ?. Disappointing as it was a lot of money to waste. Wouldn’t use again.

Owner said I was abusive towards them and it cost me my job. These people are liers and cheats who used my job to not have to pay there bills for the sub par food they serve. Kitchen is dirty food kept in a damp dark back room urinating in the small garden they have less than a meter from where the food is prepared. Avoid avoid avoid.

Had to wait well over an hour. Ordered a combination meal that consisted of ribs chicken balls. Crispy chichen with chips and pancake rolls. And all I recieved crispy chicken in chips. That was dry and rubbery that cost over 20 pounds by the time all the other charges was added. Wish I had checked trip advisor first myself now. Its kinda now me go off chinese meals. And deffintly won't be ordering from here again..

I've had several orders from here in the past but tonight the food was disgusting! The chips were horrible, the prawns were definitely off and the curry sauce tasted of mould. I did email the restaurant but no reply. Won't be ordering again.

Absolutely disgusting greasy food, my husband's pancake roll was soaked in grease and the chicken balls were really soggy and we were both left feeling sick all night and in fact I was sick in the morning and both still felt sick all the next day, I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone and would discourage anyone who asks, we hwve ordered from the take away for years but never again, absolutely disgusting greasy gross food ? for two people it cost £33.80 so it's not cheap and to then be so revolting is very frustrating and unacceptable. Very unhappy

This not just Good Luck , This is all The chinese Resturants, They Seem to think threatening us on a time limit, will make us order. They have no Idea how English people think. You threaten us we just wont bother to order. Simples. I Used to order chinese 3 times a week, Now I dont bother at all. Because I feel like im being threatened, And put under pressure to order, I would Rather do without.

Great place to get food lovely customer service aswell as their lemon chicken was AMAZING sadly I'm poor só i most likely won't be going again it's not even expensive I'm just broke would high recommend!

Absolutely ridiculous.Last time I will be ordering form Good Luck.I ordered soon they opened so it wouldn’t be that many orders and yet 2h to deliver and when I rang they left me on the phone waiting for almost 7minutes while checking with kitchen about my food and I had to hang up and now have been trying for the last 20min ring back and keeps constantly busy.That is not a way to run a Busniss.

After waiting 1.5hrs for delivery 2hrs from being ordered, I called to chase up. Girl who answered the phone was rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with delivering customer service. Before speaking I was told “you’ll have to wait I’m putting you on hold” then when I explain what I’m calling about, I’m told “it’s out for delivery and will be there shortly”. No apology, nothing. I wait for another 20 minutes before calling again and she tells me the drivers car broke down but he’s on his way, again no apology. I state that it’s going to be cold and ask what’s going to be done about that. I’m told “nothing, it’s not my fault your food is going to be cold!” I wait a further 20 minutes and call back saying I just want a refund, she says “fine” and hangs up on me. Still no refund. Absolutely diabolical experience. Stay well clear. The reviews don’t quite capture the severity of a shambles this business is

Just went afternoon and asked if I can have egg fried rice with an extra egg and the girl pulled very weird face to me and said we only do egg fried rice. But the service put me off from the girl at the front if you can't do it just say you can't no need to give weird expressions.
