What a lovely visit today , we had never been to a Harry Ramsdens and we were really thrilled with our afternoon tea , what a great change it was, really super value all tasted delicious, and the two ladies Hollie and Sophie really were doing an amazing job of a busy restaurant, they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they never stopped.... very impressed by them both..Normally I don't leave a review but really felt it was a truly great visit and we shall return..Well done ladies... you are a credit to the company.

Absolutely filthy across thee board. The radiator top next to put table was a health hazard. I'd go as far as to say this place would warrant a food hygiene visit...Service was a mess, understaffed and zero organisation. We left without eating, we had been waiting 40 mins for our food..it wasn't even that busy. Glad we did, no doubt then food would have mirrored the cleanliness and experience.

Delicious fish and chips for a affordable price with the sailors meal deal. would recommend. wheelchair accessible which is great.Wheelchair accessibility: steep (ish) ramp at the front but once you're in the whole seating areas are wheelchair accessible and a working lift to the bathrooms downstairs.

Ordered a portion of fish and chips and two glass battle of water £22, each bottle was one cup of water for £1.99 each. Very small portion of fish and chips and the chips were old, not fresh for sure and the fish taste was not right. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Also the price is very high. A girl was there, asked everyone around us if the food was ok, but not us, I assume because we were not English. The sign says “World Famous Fish & Chips” please just remove world famous on the sign.
