We went here for breakfast only. The service was brilliant. The server was very polite, and the service was quick. The food was all cooked to order. It was very tasty and well presented. They made a space for our babys push chair at short notice. The price was very reasonable considering the service and the amount of food. I would definitely recommend this place and we will go there again. I can understand why you have to book a table there, its one of the best places to eat in the town.

We had breakfast here twice during our last visit and had juice, toast and jam, a Full English and Eggs Royale. Great service, friendly staff. The terrace was beautiful. Go and visit, it's a lovely restaurant.Food & drinks: Incredible breakfast. Really lovely.

Didn't stay, just a function in the restaurant. Catering for 30+ people you don't expect the best, wrong, the food was excellent. I had the haddock, it filled the plate, beautifully cooked.Food & drinks: Bootiful!

Traditional style hotel, great staff. Best breakfast we have had, better than any five star international hotel. Service excellent and food fantastic with lovely views from the restaurant. Comfortable rooms with good powerful showers and comfy beds. Old style charm and quirky lift, good blend of old and new. Highly recommended.

Had a meal at the Imperial Hotel last night.29th July 2023 . The fish was beautiful can't remember eating such a nice fish.The service was excellent.We were made to feel very welcome.The staff were very friendly.Can't wait to go back

We ate here on both Thursday evening and Saturday lunchtime this week. The food and service on each occasion were outstanding. First class!! We’re always made to feel so welcome by all the staff, the food is consistently excellent which you don’t often find in most restaurants.
We had a wonderful meal here this evening. Food was superb. Could not fault it. Service was impeccable. All the staff were brilliant but special thanks to Danny. There was a wedding reception on in the hotel but it did not detract from service in the restaurant at all. Great service and ambiance. We shall be back soon

Food excellent, rooms large , and spotlessly clean, air con and super king beds, the staff very attentive, and nothing too much trouble, dog freindly , and reasonably priced , will not return as the price for the dogs to stay has now gone up from £20 for upto 7 nights to £105 that's a 500% increase as of 2/8/23 the most expensive we have ever been quoted for a dogs stay in an hotel hence we will spend our money elsewhere

Had a fantastic time, staff at the hotel were excellent, helpful and service with a smile. Hotel is great, nice rooms, tea and coffee on display, towels replaced everyday. The Terrace Restaurant is excellent, meals are outstanding with nice staff. Worth the visit.

Location is perfect straight over the road to the beach. Hotel staff were all very polite we had a problem with a bedside light was fixed straight away, the room was a good size only downside was the bathroom slightly too small to get dry when you step out of the shower and while in the shower struggled to shampoo and wash due to the massive shower head and tiny cubicle. (Maybe change shower head). Breakfast was amazing best Eggs Benedict ever you have a choice from the menu and you can sit on the terrace or inside. We were there for a wedding in the hotel too. The whole day was perfect.

A very nice hotel right on the seafront and a short walk away from the main attractions of the town. The bar was generally quiet but that's down to the residents staying at the time. Well worth visiting.
