Shambolic KFC, the Colonel would be disappointed. No cutlery, confused staff and offered to cut the chicken up for my partner.Staff looked like they’d laced the drumsticks with PCP and were bored to point where I wanted to offer them a board game.

Ordered food items missing from delivery after paying charge expecting me to drive to collect after had been drinking very rude manager and staff customer service bad not willing to help when it was a packing error won't be using again

Great hot fresh food and great table service by the team who made sure we had everything we needed and soon cleared up our rubbish when we were finished very good staff who work hardApart from having no kruskems il give them a 10 out of 10
Quick service, but the chicken was just warm, and the chips not much better. Staff offered to change the meals, but said it was all the same temperature.While we were eating the warm meals a member of staff did give us 2 portions of hot chips.Over the last few years we seem to have a 50% chance of getting a good meal at various KFC's, I'm beginning to wonder whether to bother with branches we don't know will prepare the meals properly.

Great place to visit, due to being on crutches they even brought the items to the table once I found somewhere to sit. Really good and helpful from the staff.
