On several occasions now the staff don’t properly check the orders when they hand them to the customer. Had to go back to the restaurant to retrieve the missing items from the order which is a (20min) drive for me. So not only had I had to go out of my way to claim my items back, but used more fuel and wasted time.Called to complain, no resolution of refund which would have been ideal. Only got offered a code for some free things which I refused as it’s not good enough.You need to train your staff so they don’t mess up orders and put correct items in each bag.Because now, not only did I have to go out of my way, but my mood is ruined and I’ve wasted valuable time.Sort yourself out.

Good experience overall. Friendly and helpful staff. We got the order straight away.Parking: Always enough parking spacesKid-friendliness: Kids friendly menu. Outdoor playground. But unfortunately the Happy Meal is getting more and more expensive and since they stopped the plastic toys there is no excitement and the toys are mostly disappointing. I will always remember how much joy the happy meal and the amazing toys was bringing to me when I was a child. Nowadays the cardboard toys end straight in the bin unfortunately. Please bring back the old toys.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking available and wheelchair accessible entry and seats.

The best McDonald's I've been to. The food is always cooked to perfection. The restaurant is clean and the staff are attentive. A good place to eat!

I have always ordered from this McDonald’s and have had issues in the past with the food being cold ect However the staff are usually very polite and understanding but tonight at 3:30 in the morning my pregnant wife decided she wanted a Caramel frappe I called the restaurant to find out if the machine was working and the chap I had spoken with came across rather rude and ended the phone on me, I’m unsure of his name but I wasn’t finished with my conversation, the absolute cheek, too much self esteem for somebody who works at McDonald’s lol!! at least do your job properly mate already failed your GCSEs

This is the worst McDs in the area. Staff have a terrible attitude when they get your order wrong. Management seem to hide in the drive thru leaving poorly trained staff to deal with the stream of annoyed customers. It wasn’t the first time my order was wrong but gave them the benefit of the doubt as they hadn’t long opened. Sadly when it happened again I wasn’t so forgiving.
