Hitel good service and clean with friendly staff. At the time it was £30 cheaper per night than the same company hotel on the sea front. Depends what you want. Bed was fantastic. Optional room clean, restaurant next foor service slow due to being shirthanded but very friendly n good food.

Yes it may be very dirty but it's hood value and the windows don't seem to open which is good if you have rowdy grandchildren

We had a wonderful stay at the Gt Yarmouth West Premier Inn - the (twin) room was comfortable and spacious and felt clean and 'new'. The staff were very helpful, cheerful and friendly. We're very pleased we chose to stay here, thank you.

I feel I must write to commend this most excellent hotel. Just outside the main golden mile of great Yarmouth. This hotel like most premier inns has such comfortable beds like all premier hotels I have stayed at. However this one has such excellent and friendly and helpful staff including George, Aaron Gary and 2 ladies In both the hotel and the beef eater restaurant next door. They were so accommodating and nothing but helpful and charming. I'm so impressed and would, no will stay here again.

Spent three lovely days in sunny Great Yarmouth with my husband. Hotel is very close to all the amenities of Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area. Parking is free - staff are friendly and helpful. Having a Brewer's Fayre next door is an added bonus. We will definitely return in the near future.

Stayed here for four nights in late May. On the plus side the room was well laid out with a good sized bathroom. Restaurant next door with a good selection of food. Free parking and only a few minutes walk to the beach.On the negative side there was no housekeeping service for our stay and the immediate vacinity of the hotel leaves a bit to be desired.On the whole it was good value for money but cant say we would rush back anytime soon.

Near to Vauxhall Holiday Park where we had family staying over, we just stayed here for one night, if you want to be near the seafront I'd book the other premier inn this one is a bit of a stroll from the sea! Have stayed in many Premier Inn's, they are all pretty much the same, this one we had no issues at all, a great sleep and all staff we encountered where friendly, we would definitely stay again.

What’s not to love about a Premier Inn …. you book it because you know exactly what to expect - good sized room and bathroom, decent bed, everything you need provided, and meals available right next door. However, not without the occasional ‘hmmm’ though … There was an annoying noise from behind a vent, which buzzed 24/7, even when everything was switched off and kept me awake. And why on earth are they still using covid as an excuse not to bring fresh towels etc every day?? Poor excuse for getting out of doing a job! This should be looked at - ask guests if they want room checks, or have a card to hang on the door handle.

Premier Inn has a lot going for it. Clean airy rooms, comfortable beds (not pillows though) and great food at Brewers Fare. I was really disappointed to find Premier Inn was still using the COIVD excuse to clean the rooms daily. If I had known, i would have picked another hotel. I have stayed in many other hotels in the last year, first time I have come across not cleaning rooms during your stay policy!

We felt our room warm. We worked out the air con. The room smelt like it wasn't cleaned properly the bathroom smelt like someone had used the toilet and the cleaner hadn't cleaned it properly. We got woken up by the guests in the other room. The room was ok bed was very comfortable.

Went to this hotel and got a room for 2 people, nice size and looked nice but when I was checking the place to see if it was clean, it most certainly was not. I found mould under the mattress, stains, lots and lots of dust and dirt, the mirror was filthy and so was the tv remote. Other than that it was ok ??

Excellent accommodation. Warm, clean and comfortable. Easy to park with plenty of eating options. Felt safe and is very quiet. Clean soft hand and bath towels. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast very busy but we’ll run and seated quickly.
