Went in for breakfast this morning and ordered a egg & bacon baguette and coffee. Coffee arrived promptly, but after over 20 minutes asked about my food. Oh ‘we’ve lost your order’ had an appointment so got my money back. However thanks to the sarcastic man who said ‘it’s not as if I’m standing here doing nothing’! Sadly I don’t think he actually grasped the issue ???? won’t going there again, however I recommend The Two Magpies in Holt as well, excellent service and food ?

We have been to Holt many times and today was the first time at Horatio's. Nice and clean, staff were courteous and polite, a good selection to eat and drink, we both had the biggest fruit scones that we have ever seen and very nice as well.

Very popular cafe in Holt which has many such establishments. A bit tucked away from the tourist hot spots but worth finding. Clearly used by locals both for food and coffee, we had to wait a couple of minutes for a table. Nothing fancy but good food and plenty of it. We had crab sandwiches which were great. Several locals popped in gor take away coffee so, this must be good. Not too expensive so plenty of the 'grey pound' in evidence! Recommended.

A great find! Fabulous food at great prices. We ordered the afternoon tea for 2 and it could have easily fed 4 people! We took a fair amount away with us! The all day breakfasts looked amazing. Fabulous service. Will visit again for sure and would recommend.

Enjoyed a very tasty full English on our visit to Holt. In my opinion , all the ingredients were of a high quality especially the sausages and bacon. Friendly staff and a pleasant dining experience. I can highly recommend this cafe.

We stopped at this restaurant for brunch on our way to Cley Next the Sea and we were not disappointed by the food that was served. I had a huge locally sourced Bacon baguette whilst my partner had loads of Smoked Salmon with free range scrabbled eggs. We would add that both meals were extremely tasty and the portions were very generous. All the food cooked and served is locally sourced. A great place for a meal.

Saw a plate of food being served to a lady sitting outside and it looked delicious, we went in for lunch and weren't disappointed. We all had different sandwiches served with crisps, salad and coleslaw. The sandwiches were well filled and tasty. The staff were lovely, polite, helpful, the gentleman that served us was a delight, friendly and chatty. We will definitely visit again.

Met the wife for lunch whilst at work and popped in for a late fried breakfast. I made a couple of changes which were executed perfectly. The lady serving was bubbly and my food was lovely. Nice setting and well priced

This is a well run establishment, you place your order and pay at your table prior to your request being served, it works well and keeps a good flow to the place when busy. There is an extensive daytime menu and is licensed to serve alcohol. We had a breakfast which was substantial and served promptly by friendly staff, it’s busy for a reason.

Absolute gem of a cafe in Holt. Service is friendly and efficient and after paying for food at the time or ordering, if arrived promptly. Portions sizes are generous & the brunch was fantastic value. Definitely returning when next in the area.
