Spent two nights here for a family celebration close by. Lexi made us very welcome on arrival. Super clean room with a comfortable bed. Superb breakfasts too. Quiet location and very reasonably priced. Quality, Value and Service in bucket loads.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst we attended the Kelling Heath Star Party. This was ideal for travelling to the site and plenty of amenities around. We were warmly greeted by Lexi and Jerry around 7pm as we arrived and chose our breakfast time and dishes. Our bedroom was cosy and perfect for a 2 night stay. The Ensuite was enormous and modern. Breakfast was gorgeous with home made jams and marmalades and locally sourced products. It was delicious. Lexi and Jerry were fantastic to get to know and we have booked in for our visit again in 2022.

Stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter break. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed by Lexi and shown my lovely accommodation, which was a very nice room with a great, modern bathroom. I slept soundly every night! Breakfast was excellent and Lexi was so kind, giving me everything I requested and even offering hot cross buns, and on Easter day I had 3 little mini Easter eggs waiting for me! Lexi and Jerry are perfect hosts and I left feeling I had made 2 lovely new friends. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Thank you Lexi and Jerry.

Excellent B&B, handily placed just off the beaten track in Holt, so you can nip out via the back roads and miss the Bank Holiday traffic! A pleasure to meet Lexi & Jerry, very friendly hosts, they obviously enjoy having visitors. Breakfasts were unbeatable, we had fresh croissants followed by locally smoked kipper (me) and a part English (better half) on our first morning and full English on the second, requesting no croissants as I'm supposed to be on a diet! The table was also groaning with toast, jam, marmalade fresh fruit, tea, coffee and orange & apple juice. Superb! Bought some fabulous extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar & other items which Jerry produces on an olive farm they own in Greece – what an unexpected bonus. Comfy bed (although we are used to one quite a bit wider at home), huge shower room. Would love to visit again one day, if and when we next get to Norfolk. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely stay with a very comfortable bed in a sparkling clean, spacious room with an en-suite bathroom better than most hotels. Off road parking, wonderful choice of breakfasts and (icing on the cake) the fascinating owners, Lex and Jerry, felt like old friends within minutes of our post breakfast chat starting. The heart of the lovely town of Holt is just a short walk away and dog owners are welcomed. No hesitation in giving 5 stars and already recommending to our family and friends.
