Wonderful Gem of a place. Staying on holiday in Heacham visited on a showery afternoon. Lavenders were lovely. Gift shop was lovely. Vast array of lavender products and lots of other items. Garden centre had a choice of large and small lavender plants including other plants and garden goodies. We also visited the mini zoo, farm shop and ate lunch 10/10. Just couldn't fault it.

Plenty of parking and plenty to peruse around this nice looking building. There is of course a great variety of Lavender, which all smell lovely. The restaurant (Lavender Lounge) is large and spills outside nicely in the sunshine, with a comprehensive menu and concessions for us elderly.A shop to buy plants and other nick-nacks. Nearer to the main parking is a larger shop with a wide array of home decor, then near by is a Farm shop with a very good Butchers which make it hard not to leave without a joint of meat or a small/large pie or cheese and wine for later. I didn't see it but apparently there is a small animal park as well as some nice walks. All in all a great place for a visit.

Good range of flower pots for sale, lots of souvenirs to choose from. There is a cafe a farm food shop, play barn for kids, a relaxant walkaway through the garden and animals farm.Definitely deserves a visit!!!? Pretty much everything you want for about 3 hours to do.

Had an afternoon tea booked and the staff had our table ready and the service was incredibly quick and the price very reasonable. We went to the animal farm and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the animals. Not to mention the wide range of lavender plants available. Well worth a visit!!!!

Unfortunately we had a dog and none of the shops, cafe or any buildings were dog friendly. There was also no covered sitting areas so we had to to get a takeaway coffee and go. The shop looked nice from the outside and i think it would be great if you had kids. But for dog owners it is not so good.

I live nearby and visit regularly.Norfolk Lavender has evolved over the years and now offers something for everyone. It is interesting to take one of the Tours offered. Whilst the Lavender is in bloom generally mid June to mid August, it is possible to visit the 36 acre field which really is a glorious sight, or take a Tour around the gardens and DistilleryThe Tour Guides are knowledgeable. Information about the history and how Norfolk Lavender came to be.Whilst the place (some years back) was aimed purely at Lavender, there are now additional and independent businesses on site offering something for everyone. The Lavender Lounge is popular and I often have a tea or coffee and cake there...or sometimes lunch, the Farm Shop offers good quality produce, a jewellers as well with lovely stock. The Animal Farm is part of Norfolk Lavender as is the shop and the nursery.....something for everyone.

A small but lovely area for all age groups. My children loved the petting zoo and play area while my wife loved the scented products on offer. We enjoyed a delicious meal and spent hours having fun with the kids in the park.

We went here primarily for the wildlife park with 3 children, 2 babies and a 9 year old. Really good value and plenty to see and get up close with. Will definitely be going again.

Wonderful day out here on Saturday, bought some beautiful plants too. Amazing that it's free entry and free parking. The cafe was a bit pricey for what we got but we didn't mind after free entry :)The lavender scones were incredible

We got there 10am and already busy, Visited the animal farm first of all and staff were very polite and knowledgeable. Lavender was in full bloom and we walked around the gardens and had little areas to sit. Had a sandwich lunch outside the Lounge and had a family of robin join us even perched on the table pinching crumbs which was a delight, the staff were very polite and worked hard keeping people happy as very busy at 11.30. Plenty to look at in the gift shops but quite pricey. Had a good day all in all was there 3-3 half hrs.

Beautiful collection of lavenders a huge beautiful garden and garden centre. For kids there is also an animal park and it's dog walkers friendly. There is a store to buy lavender products also and across the street if you go next to Lidl there is a huge field of lavender. It is a national collection I attached some info also. Definitely a must see in Norfolk .

If you like lavender, then this place is for you! Nice cafe with a range of meals. Personally I chose a scone and a proper nice cuppa tea. They sell lots of different lavendery products; scents, plants and even (drum roll please…) lavender scones! I know, crazy! Probably wouldn’t visit again as it didn’t exceed my expectations however great for seniors and younger families. Free entry and free car park. Gift shop and farm shop also onsite. In addition to the outdoor attractions there is an indoor soft play area therefore making it good for rainy days.In case you were wondering, there is also lots of lavender.

Excellent place for a day out... We drove from London to spend the day there... Garden, shops, lounge with drinks and food... And there was plenty of lavender variety... A place to be revisited for sure and recommended...

Come to Heacham every year but we had never been here as from the road did not look appealing to us, so having our granddaughter aged 3 with us for the weekend we decided to go and we were not disappointed. Great variety to do, animals and critters including Emu, Meerkats, Porcupines, to name but a few. We finished at the play area and had a picnic. There was also Fred's Barn indoor play to go to but the GD was worn out. Plenty for adults, the lounge restaurant coffee shop, farm shop, etc etc. Old Mill waterfall and flowing river too, cost was £20 3 adults and GD great value for money and we were there for over 3 hrs.

Great place for all the family. As well as the history & lavender shop, there is the excellent restaurant and fabulous children's indoor play area. Sadly the area with animals was closed for winter.
