28 Le Strange Terrace, HunstantonA great little cafe with an unassuming frontage. However, inside is a very warm welcome and good food looks to be guaranteed from the regulars who were coming and going while we were here. Always a good recommendation.
One of the best BLTs I have had for a long time and tasty toasted teacakes. Our first time, but would recommend this independent venue to anyone.
Good prices too.

32 High St, HunstantonLoved going into this bakery fun atmosphere great range of goodies. Proper old fashioned service chats and has the craic with you. Yes a bit slow but come on your in Hunny . Why do we always have to be in a rush. Got an Eccles cake and yes I warmed it up per instruction from guy who served me was scrumptious. It is tiny inside and always a queue but worth it. Oh got Bakewell tart too yummy

Had simple well executed poached eggs on granary toast and a cappuccino.
Couldn’t fault it and sat outside in the sun making it feel even better.

High St, Thornham, HunstantonLovely place to stay. Parking easy and right outside accommodation in the property's large car park. Super clean, light, spacious, airy, lots of windows and a little outdoor area. The pub next door sounded happy and friendly and serves food though as a solo visitor I preferred a takeaway pizza in my own space. Staff were attentive and friendly and breakfast tasty. The location is perfect: so quiet at night and close to beaches, coastal path and Pedders Way and nature reserves. I highly recommend and will visit again!

Sally's Fish 'n' Chips
Seagate Rd, HunstantonI'd heared about this little family run fish and chips shop that only opens over the weekends so we had try it, as it's the only place I knew that cooks in beef dripping. You knew it was going to be worth the wait with queues coming out the door. We ordered medium cod and chips and jumbo sausage. The fish was absolutely beautiful. A must to visit in my opinion.

We had two toasted Sough dough and a jacket potato, the food was beautifully cooked the service was pleasant and friendly with the food arriving in a very good timeframe perfectly presented. Very well done we will be back for more lovely quality food ???.

40 High St, HunstantonNever usually leave reviews but feel I should after another big chain pizzeria joining the local town. We’ve lived in Hunstanton for 4 years and Hunstanton pizza is always our go to. The pizza is always lovely as are the side dishes we sometimes choose. The delivery drivers are always friendly and when we go in to order, the staff are very friendly too. They’ve recently had a change up inside and it’s had a nice freshen up. Support local if you’re in Hunstanton and get your pizza from these guys!

Fishers of Hunstanton
2-4 Greevegate, HunstantonWe called in here for two cod and chips to take away and eat on the green.
The fish was freshly fried for us and we could add our own salt and vinegar. We found the chips to be a little greasy but the fish was delicious. It’s a little more expensive than what we would normally pay but we were on holiday.

1, 1 High St, HunstantonFamily of 6 had breakfast here on Sunday morning. We were accommodated really quickly with no prior booking so that was great. The young girls serving were extremely friendly and attentive. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast albeit two of our group believed the large breakfast was a bit on the small side with only one hash brown (these guys have big appetites and thought a large would fill them up). My breakfast was personally a little undercooked. The tomatoes were still quite raw and the bacon very pale with unrendered fat. Mine did seem to be the odd one out though as everyone else had fully cooked tomatoes, lightly crisped bacon and fully browned sausages which is why I didnt like to complain. Other than this, its a lovely, modern, clean cafe with some beautiful looking cakes which I believe were all hand baked in store. I would definitely visit again.

Thornham, HunstantonWe came in for food on a sunday and we loved it. The service was FANTASTIC. Everyone was so bright and bubbly and really lovely.
Roast dinner was really yummy. Highly recommend and will return to try more of the menu.

The Norfolk Deli Cafe
31 High St, HunstantonWe make a point of visiting Rosie and Mark at Norfolk Deli on our yearly (and sometimes twice yearly) visits to Hunstanton and Brancaster and always come away with a bag or two full of amazing produce, a huge amount of it locally produced. We love their incredible selection of cheeses, jams, marmalades and locally produced beers and spirits and always seem to come away with a new favourite cheese. We're also a fan of their freshly made sandwiches which we generally take with us for a bit of quiet time on the beach. In between visits we use their online presence for remote ordering and Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without a huge cheese order turning up.

Waterside Bar
5-6 Beach Terrace Rd, HunstantonWe sat inside on a weekday just after the sunset. The place was relatively quiet, but could imagine it being brimming with people during the day for winning views of the North Sea, with outdoor seating available and what not.
Portions were very generous for the price we paid. A warm and wonderful meal for after a windy stroll along the Hunstanton coast line.
