Was sworn at by the manager, Andy, after he refused a refund for being given the wrong order. Our pizza was completely wrong and disgusting, when I called last night to complain the staffs were rude, hung up on after I politely asked for a return, and when I called back they said they were closed and would not offer us a refund or replacement. The manager made false claims as to why they would not give us a refund, which is against policy AND the law. Truly disgusting. After reading the other reviews I do not have faith in this store again. Will be complaining further for the way I was spoken to by the manager.

AVOID! - Every time we have ordered from here, there have always been missing items.When you call the store your told your have to wait another 50 minutes for them to deliver missing items. Requested a refund instead but never received it.

So rude ? they got my order wrong (which happens, nbd) but the manager I spoke to over the phone clearly just wanted to refund me rather than go through any effort to make it right and send a replacement. He eventually confirmed I'd get my £9 back on a £33 order after the replacement delivery came and was also wrong but he could not have cared less. Boooooooooooo ?

Didn’t receive the pizza. Guy on the phone was rude so I hung up. They then called me back different guy on the phone said they would refund, it’s nearly been a week and they haven’t refunded. Thieves if you ask me.*edit*I finally received a refund today but it took far too long so review is staying at 1 star have since deleted the domino’s app and won’t be using them again

This place is ridiculous. We ordered online, apparently the deals they offer are only if you order ahead. Went to pick up, they said the order hadn't come through, even though the money had left our account.Then when we tried to buy extra garlic sauce, they said we couldn't pay with cash, which was all we had. In what world is it ok to turn down cash?? I understand during Covid, places became cashless, but Covid is over now, and cash is legal tender after all!

brilliant service, food arrived on time and hot. staff very lovely spoke to andy and kaila regarding my order and reassured me it was on the way very polite. will 100% order again :)
I have used this branch for a few years, it has had issues with consistency of service a few years ago. However I have found a great improvement perfect pizzas every time, yes there is a wait sometimes but I have found the young ladies that have served me very polite and apologise for the wait. I have been in when difficult customers have been in, I think people need to appreciate that especially now with no cash taken is now company rules like many of us are now and not the fault of the staff.Top marks will be back next week

Selected in-car collection but they didn't bother bringing it out. I followed all instructions and the boxes stated in-car collection. I just got cold pizza

Pizza shop slow and store doesn't answer. Been waiting 1.5 hours and tracking says delivered.

Used app, it said that the meal had been delivered, rang shop who said that it had left 10 mins ago. Waited another 10 mins rang to find out what was happening. It arrived not long after only to find that the strippers combo that is supposed to serve 4 only contained 14 wedges to be shared.
