Such a friendly greeting always meets you on entry to this great restaurant. The same professionalism is applied on collection of a takeaway too. Highly recommended.”

“This was the first time we visited Kairali for a takeaway. The menu was unfamiliar to us, but the owners were more than happy to discuss it and took time to explore what type of things we liked before making some suggestions. I had the Goan fish curry and my partner had the Butter Chicken 65 curry. we were both very impressed with the quality of the dishes which were freshly prepared. This was the best Indian food we had had for quite some time - full of flavour and beautifully cooked. Now we need to find excuses to go back to Norwich so we can visit again.”

“We were going to eat elsewhere but big delay on food. Rang to book table at Merchants but told busy so delays. We got there early as we had advised them only to find 75% of restaurant empty. Our table was ready so sat and ordered drinks. Staff attentive and helpful, food delicious and well presented. I thoroughly enjoyed my curry and I only have one about once a year. Tasty naan too.Shame we were nearly put off going due to being told difficulty getting a table when in fact there was plenty of space.Good value for money and four of us really enjoyed our food. Would we return....its a yes!!”

“One of the best places to eat Indian vegetarian snacks and food items. We tried Samosa chole and Aloo tikki with chole, both items were super tasty and perfectly spicy and seasoned chole gravy.The Aloo tikki was bit dry and crumbly unlike our regular aloo tikki in Mumbai. But it was flavourful and tasty. Served with freshly chopped onions and coriander, the tangy tamarind chutney sauce with green chutney sauce it was a great combination.We also tried veg kababs, which was good but not traditional bbq kababs. It was fried kababs but very tasty, not very dry and flavourful, worth trying all the items.Masala chai for my taste it was bit milky and less masala flavour. Hint of ginger and cardamom would have made it more better for my taste buds.Overall it was a great experience and having such Indian food far away in Norwich, for me it was a wonderful thing. And I will highly recommend it to try.Given the chance I would love to come again and try other items as well.The staff and the owners were friendly and attentive. Good service.”

“We love this place so much!Always on time or early, excellent service when we've called before and delivery people are friendly.The food is so so good and very consistent. We even ordered on our wedding night before one of the big lockdowns! Must be great if you choose it on your wedding night right?! ?Vegetarian options: Delicious vegetarian options, lots of choice”

“Lovely restaurant and highly recommended for authentic Indian food that’s different from the usual offering in the UK and absolutely delicious. We have been here several times and it’s consistently good. The service is friendly and efficient and the food wonderful. Appears to be very popular and for good reason I would say. The restaurant isn’t licensed and doesn’t need to be. My Nohito was refreshingly gorgeous.”
