I am not happy I’ve gone to the restaurant for many years and today they just really dropped the ball they didn’t get one thing right on my order . My meal was overcooked . My meal was completely wrong . I ordered a bbq Tower burger and they gave me a Zinger burger I ordered bbq wraps and got that wrong by giving me a supercharger wrapI am devastated with the performance of the staff. It is very unlikely, I will return to this restaurant in the foreseeable future.

Got a takeaway this afternoon.Chicken were juicy and fresh, fries were properly seasoned. Service was prompt, staff were friendly. One of the best KFC I’ve ever had.

Stopped at KFC Longwater for snack with wife at 2.43 12/3;2024.Thought I asked for 4 piece Boneless Fries, Diet Pepsi max, and coleslaw. Got to seat and realised only three pieces. The inhospitable monosyllabic server grunted that I had ordered three pieces. At no stage did the server on receipt code 106110312242037, say please, how can I help, how are you…?♀️The coleslaw and fries portions are quite small compared to McDonalds, although fries are very tasty.I returned the chips which were cold, ordered a separate boneless piece to make two each for an additional £1.79. The server said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING?♂️This experience was a very disappointing one-an ex business employer/owner, and is a damning indictment on British business.Who actually does appraisals in KFC, as these people do not want to work in these places.?♂️At least in other Countries, they do actually pretend that they care, and appreciate your custom.

Disgusted at the attitude of the drive through staff today the young lady forgot to turn her mic off before being very rude about my self and my partner when confronted we received more attitude neither girl had name tags on and refused to give their
