Pros:1. Order was delivered within fair time.2. Plenty of space to sit and eat.3. Better deals and the food was good.Cons:1. My order was missing few items and we have to ask the team for it.2. No cleanliness. Food leftovers on the floor as well as on the table.3. The bins were full and there was no place to empty your tray.4. The service at this KFC was brilliant, I walked in with a baby, ordered my food, they told me to sit down and they brought everything I needed to me! Such lovely staff!The food was good too! The fries are so much better now!Kid-friendliness: They have child meals available.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I remember why I never come here anymore. Stood waiting over 20mins for order in an empty store, 5 staff members stood on front counter doing nothing, 2 of which were on phones, when the food did eventually come it was swimming in grease, had to construct my burger myself as it looked to have been thrown in the box, and chips were cold. Absolutely awful experience, will not be wasting my money here again.
