Visited the drive thu today, ordering a happy meal,a burger and a coke. The total cost was £7.99.We was given a burger and a milk shake. We then tried to hand back the wrong meal and wrong drink back, to then be spoken very rudely to by the angry girl serving us. Saying we would have to take what we had, (the cars behind us orders) clearly our recipe showed this wasn't our order. After screaming at us, she then screamed for her manager whom they gave us the correct meal we had ordered and payed for. They didn't even apologise for the mistake, let alone the service we received. I am disabled and had a child in my car. I was scared,humiliated and shaking with anxiety. Their was no mistake on our part, we didn't order a chicken burger, and milkshake! I'm lactose intolerance so couldn't of had it if I'd wanted. I'm going to be making a formal complaint, this has effected my health and impacted me more than you'd ever considered. How can you treat people like this? Disabled people? With a young child present? Its awful.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all

Waited 10min for a triple cheeseburger. They gave me double instead. Had to wait for another 10min for them to replace my double with triple. Didn't even apologize for their mistake or the wait.

Ethanol hand cleanser only which is often ran out, understandably.Queues are usually long due to time if often takes to serve food, over 11min for a late so not so 'fast food' as one would expect.Staff at times of visiting vary in terms of basic etiquette, some say 'hello' & 'thank you' some just blankly put food on counter and walk off.A small but popular mcdonald's due to location. Please sort the Men's WC's running water situation as it's not great to not be able to wash your hands within an established high volumn food serving restaurant.

To be honest you kind of expect the odd missing item but when you get an order delivered and all the food is missing and just the drink is in the bag something is really wrong.No one answers the phone when you call them.Unbelievably bad service
