I order from uber eats majority of the time that i have mcdonalds. And every single time there is items missing and quality is always poor. Chips were not cooked thoroughly, soggy and still hard. Drink was missing and another item missing. Call to say can this be delivered by someone else but they don't manage the drivers? Visited this McDonald’s at 11am Wednesday 16th November and had the best customer service experience I have ever had at a fast food chain. The staff here were all wonderful.My order was called using my first name (they weren’t very busy) and each member of staff greeted us and wished us a good day.I’d like to give a special shoutout to the man who was cleaning and occasionally bringing out food.
