We occasionally visit Nando's and the culinary experience consistently delights us with its delectable offerings. The ambiance is pleasing, maintaining a clean and issue-free environment.However, there was a slight hiccup in the service. It was somewhat sluggish, and I found myself needing to inquire twice about my wine bottle, which took approximately 10 minutes to arrive, without apparent cause. This minor delay is the sole reason for my 4-star rating; otherwise, it would have earned a perfect 5 stars.

On January 3rd at 10:00 AM, I visited the Nando's store, uncertain if they were open as the doors were ajar. Seeking assistance, I approached the staff. Unfortunately, my interaction was unpleasant. A female staff member responded to my query in a dismissive manner and asked me to leave the store. This experience left a negative impression on me about the store's customer service.

Nice food but 2 items were cold so had to be sent back, which indicates that the kitchen staff weren't communicating with each other efficiently so food was being left to lie around for awhile. The items were replaced with no fuss.Vegetarian options: Good range of choices on the app. The imitator wrap was delicious. So is the garlic perinaisse.

Nandos, you have upped your game! The portions have gone much much better! The staff are lovely and the atmosphere was brilliant! I can’t fault it, I stopped coming because it was expensive for what you got but I take this back. It was yummy, filling and has reminded me of my deep love for chicken! Thank you!!!

What an amazing restaurant, I'd personally only heard of having a "cheeky nandos" in passing and assumed it was some kind of fast food joint, boy was I wrong. This is maybe the best chicken I've ever eaten, and the variety of spicy sauces available had me in tears, especially the day after. I'd also like to give a thanks to our server as he was super kind and helpful with the whole experience and i couldn't have figured it out without his help.Vegetarian options: They have some chips I suppose but the chicken would turn vegans back to meat

Food was nice but took 40 minutes to arrive. Restaurant wasn’t busy but staff looked rushed and lots of priority on delivery preparation. Didn’t get an apology despite me mentioning it.

Went there for the first time ever. Not knowing what to expect, I asked a few questions about their food and sauces, but unfortunately, there was little to no experience with explanation about their products, chicken was not breast it was from the thighs so wasn't a good quality choice. Gonna say the atmosphere wasn't too bad. Employees just need to be able to explain more about their products.

Best Nando's setting in Norwich ,far nicer venue than the Riverside location.Food is spot on (both venues).Very clean and well presented,staff very efficient.

Chicken is amazing as always, the sauces make the big difference. Service is fast and also quite easy. Prices are not that high either.

We visit sometimes as a family (normally after a day trip and can't face cooking/washing up). Always well looked after and the food is as expected. Well cooked, piping hot.Kid-friendliness: Always make our 4yo, 13yo and 15yo welcome. Don't specifically check in on them but the menu is kid friendly and there are changing facilities and high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp at the entrance for wheelchair users.

What can I say it's a Nandos. Always good. But for whatever reason, you've never been as you've been under a rock dead easy to order. Get your table. Remember the number go to the till order or use the app. If you have a blue light card, etc. you can use it too.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE . The manager is the most rude person. I come here 3 times a week and they kicked me twice now out because i wanted to keep my scooter inside with me. This is how you deal yoir customers? That too regulars? This is so absurd. I would never go there and i make sure no one else go there as well. You have place for the mobility scooters but not for mine? And just so you know no one does this pathetic service as your staff.
