Very last minute booking and surprised at having a choice of available times at such short notice on a Saturday night. Mistakenly went to the ‘main’ restaurant first (which looked amazing and was very busy and atmospheric) but told that we were actually booked into the ‘bistro’ next door. This was VERY different and was only a third full and lacked atmosphere. If you try anything as Jorge's Tasca, for goodness sakes have the Pastel de Nata!We visited for dinner and received such lovely warm, attentive service from a young waitress with glasses and long dark hair. Didn't catch her name but she was an absolute gem. Super friendly and helpful.The food was nice, portions a little small. We chose Jorge's as we wanted somewhere special for our anniversary, we enjoyed Tapas while visiting fuertventura so wanted to find as an authentic experience and Jorge's definitely delivered from their sharing Meat Board to the chicken skewers, well worth a visit
