A lovely typical premier Inn. Beside the airport very handy indeed obviously for the airport but there are shops near by if you have forgotten anything plus of course food outlets right next door

Serving Staff at The Oaks Restaurant, particularly Makenzie, Paige, and Callum, excelled in their attention to their work, reassuring one and all, that Guests were an important part of their work, and a pleasure to serve.

I was part of group of 7 cyclists who stayed at the hotal on 02.07.22 - we were all impressed with the reception service received including explanation of what would be required for the meal deal which we had all pre purchased. We were less than impressed with the evening meal service at the restaurant - desserts were served with a half an hour gap between the first to and the remaining 5 orders. Breakfast was an efficient service the staff were happy to cook poached or scrambles eggs to order. A comfortable nights stay.

Stayed for the night before flying to Turkey. Right next to the airport. Clean tidy like most premier inns. Staff were friendly.

Still incredibly tired. I stayed here due to attending a wedding. This was meant to break up the journey and get a restful night so not to be exhausted the next day. The window didn’t open (it said restrictions not sealed shut) the room temperatures reached over 27 at night. The fan provided was really loud. You can hear EVERY FOOTSTEP, unless gravity is especially strong in the corridor that foot steps are much heavier. Cars revving their engines at midnight sounded like it was on the inside even with the sealed shut window. Trying to do your hair and make up for a wedding with your make up melting and your hair not holding due to the heat led to the door being propped open - great on the dignity front. Didn’t have time to approach staff on the issue. Extremely tired from a long journey prior to arrival, a sleepless night and further driving the next morning. Staff were really friendly on the short experiences I had checking in/out. Restaurant manager perhaps- man, very unchatty and unenthusiastic compared to the rest.

Very overpriced (£92.50). WiFi didn't work and that seemed to be the case for others, judging by complaints at the desk. TV remote control needed new batteries but they didn't have any. Wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Fantastic stay would certainly recommend. Only a short trip into the city. Staff were able to book a taxi on arrival and phoned myself to confirm it was booked.highly recommended this hotel, we will be back to stay

We stayed with our three children and we felt comfortable. Beds were really nice and we all slept well. Staff were friendly and helpful. My sister arrived with lots of stuff for her baby and the man on the desk brought everything in for her. Only downside was the wifi was very temperamental and dropped out a lot. Breakfast was good for most of our party… not many milk options if you can’t have cows milk or soya. They had GF bread if you need it too.

No air con in the room. This was a problem as I simply didn’t get a enjoyable sleep. A fan was in the room but I could not sleep with the fan on. When I complained the next morning I found they was a room with air con I could have had ? This was booked months in advance so why wasn’t I given this room originally?

Everything was fine. Pleasant reception staff. Good location. Very clean room with all we could need. I would have preferred a room with a shower but apparently this particular hotel all the rooms are baths except for two accessible rooms with wet rooms. The bed had s very good mattress but unfortunately it was too hard for me as I have arthritis and I couldn't sleep because I was in pain but this wasn't the hotel's fault. It was quiet and the temperature was good. Just the wrong mattress for me.

Standard Premier Inn style which represents good value for money. Clean and well-prepared room. Very good and cheerful staff at reception.Quality food available.Entry sign not clear - drove past it as couldn't see the sign!

A great place to stay, the staff are very helpful toward me and my disabled friend nothing it to much which is great and it makes both have an very enjoyable stay. The place is very clean and the rooms are great place just to relax in before the start of the day and the end.The bathrooms are spacious for my friends wheel chair as we stayed in a disabled room and what a room. The bed is comfortable ?

I've stayed at many Premier Inns over the years as it was a good bet for a budget hotel. This last stay was £30 more expensive than my last visit: £92.50 for a night. For this, I would have expected a decent WiFi service and the opportunity to watch tv. The WiFi didn't work - others were queueing at reception to complain - and my tv remote control needed new batteries but they didn't have any. In addition to this, the corridor outside smelt damp and musty. Overall, a horrible experience. And they don't even provide a free biscuit any longer. There are displayed at the reception desk with a price tag. To put this in perspective, I stayed in a different hotel chain the following night which, for £20 extra, had a bar, restaurant, lots of helpful staff, excellent WiFi, a tv remote which worked, and a basket of free biscuits. I won't be returning to Premier Inn again.
