We first tried Roti In early January, the food took an hour to arrive and when it did, one of the meals was missing. When we phoned to tell them, they said it would take another hour to get a replacement meal sent out so we said not to bother. The owner of the restaurant Contacted us to apologise and sent us a full refund voucher. Earlier this month, we decided to use the voucher to give it another go. One of the chicken dishes turned up not cooked through. The chicken was pink in the centre and mushy and cold. When we contacted them, they asked us to send a picture which we did. They did nothing About it.

Just had the most amazing take away! Stuffed! The quality is brilliant and the taste and flavour's are awesome. We have had many indians but this really is the best. A little pricey but you get what you pay for, really good quality produce. Thank you Roti for a lovely treat.

Came early but was welcomed in with doors opened before we even stepped into the restaurant, proper good service and staff and the food was lovleyVegetarian options: Vegetable curry

Entrance door arrangement meant very cold air allowed in every time a customer came in or out, this resulted in most people in the proximity having to keep their coats on.Starter took ages to come, was served on a cold plate and accordingly was cold. Asked for replacement cutlery as wasn't replaced, asked for mint sauce which didn't arrive.Food was ok, Dhansak not sweet or sour enough, onion bhajees were tough, Cauliflower bhajee was 75% onion, rice was not fresh.Won't be returning l'm afraid.

Had an excellent takeaway this evening and have to give credit when credit is due. Super easy to order online. Welcoming staff upon collection. The food was of high quality and flavoursome. Everything from the naan to the chicken tikka in the curry. I have eaten here at the restaurant prior and had the same experience. Will be using this place from now on for both eat in and takeaway over others in the city. Certainly would recommend to anyone. Great job Roti.Keep it up.?

An unexpected stop!..Thank goodness we did!.. pouring down with rain and numerous places refused to serve at 9pm!.. We travelled from Brussels to drop our son off at UEA and by chance spotted Roti Bangladeshi cuisine!.. Jahed and Nirmal were amazing attending to us!.. The food was delicious and great value!.. Everything looked superb!.. We normally eat at a high quality Indian restaurant in the centre of Norwich but the food and service here was far superior!. Staff and ambience great!.. Highly recommend this restaurant!

First time visiting Roti today. The selection on the menu was making it very hard to choose what to have. But, in Gavin and Stacey style, I had a Bhuna. (Although I went Chicken). A couple of appetisers, Onion Bahji and Chicken Pakora along with a Peshwari Naan. Okay.. I'm not a big rice guy. Notice it missing from my plate? That being said, Mushroom Rice was shared around the table. A couple of drinks along with a complementary one at the end sealed the deal. All in, this was a great experience, flavoursome dishes and a solid service.
