Small little independent ice cream makers, in the heart of Norwich City. I have bought my ice cream for many years. Great selection of flavours and some seasonal ones aswell.They also supply to the catering trade so will look at who they supply and go for a local fix.
I've been buying from them for about 2 decades, mostly from their Trafalgar St base, but occasionally from Norwich market.The style quite close to Italian gelato, and a world away from fluffed up supermarket ice-creams. Putting it out of the freezer for 15-20 minutes before serving makes it easier to scoop out the tub, but I think also enhances the flavours.Which flavours to recommend?Vanilla always a good benchmark to decide if you like the style.Cinnamon is a regular favourite...read full review

Visited Lakenham creamery today, met the lovely owner and staff, interesting chats with them all! Great to try some of the different, (all delicious) flavours. Seriously good ice cream! Inspiring.
