Popped in for diesel and food . Unfortunately the guy who served me stunk ,unwashed and bad odours ,and he obviously had put the steak slice in the heater . I hope he had washed his hands.

Called into your garage last night, been here countless times and meant to write a review many times, I must say your staff there Anne and Alan are are an absolute credit to your company so friendly and helpful my girlfriend wouldn’t go past without going in to see if there there she loves them, hold on to these great colleagues as I would employ both of them in a heartbeat, absolute credit to Shell , well done many regards Hayley and Adrian

Disgusting how this petrol station treats hgv's not allowing them fuel in a time when people have gone crazy for no reason, hgvs keep this country running, your a disgrace.

I think your staff need to be made aware that it is illegal to refuse a pregnant women the use of a toilet when stopping at the services. I just visited this garage as naturally at 8.5 months pregnant your bladder can’t hold as much for as long either, I kindly asked if it was possible to use the toilet please (a key needed to be obtained as they were outside) to be told ‘nope, not at this time of day’ it’s 7.30pm.

Clean tidy convenient place but as with all shell petrol stations not cheap but should be a premium fuel. Only really see the benefits of this if driving lots of miles in either a nearly new or performance car. Otherwise supermarket fuel is fine for pottering around with.
