Always a smiling face in this small village coffee shop. There is an upstairs room as well as the main serving / eating area downstairs. The coffee is fine, the food is OK. Just one thing ( as a qualified chef ) that would make me give 4.5 stars is that the burgers ( meaty bit) are not great. I personally would be prepared to pay another 50 to 75p for a better burger, maybe made up at the meat dept at garden farm shop Blofield, or anywhere to be fair. We were on a boat in Brundall Marina and went here for breakfast. The regular breakfast was well priced at less than £7 and cooked really well. The ingredients were high quality and it was served piping hot and freshly cooked to our table in the rear garden. Couldn’t fault it and it was the best breakfast we had on the Broads.
