“If you love a proper pub you will love this place. It’s a great location with good sunny outside seating. It is an old fashioned ‘proper’ pub so don’t expect champagne, cocktails, lots of food or a gastro pub style inside - It’s a proper much missed local pub!
However if you are looking for a great beer, very friendly staff, definitely go. Great location & the landlord has everything under control - we were there for the football and it was fun, relaxed and welcoming.

My only complaint is that it opens at 1 and sometimes later so check the times - good landlord’s need a life too!”

“Lovely staff and good food for a holiday park place. Ate here twice - one of which they put up with 10 of us for Sunday lunch excellently - no issues and quick.”

We all had fish and chips and it was well cooked and very tasty ?
Service was good and we were asked about any food allergies.
Dog friendly which was a bonus for us.
